Gave this restaurant a 2nd try and was still disappointed. The birria consome was overly seasoned with cinnamon, that’s all you can taste. The chicken is incredibly stale and dry, it felt like chewing on a well done steak. Hot salsa they package has 0 heat. Overall, this food lacked favor, seasoning, and salt. I understand this is a Tex-mex restaurant, but having 0 flavor is a slap in the face to the food. Customers shouldn’t have to hot sauce a basic taco to death just to taste it. The place was clean and the young lady at the register was very pleasant but the food was beyond disappointing and did not categorize as Tex-mex, in my opinion.

I wanted to like this place because it's so close. However, the salsa just tastes like crushed tomatoes. The street corn isn't fresh. It's canned corn and watery. The chicken bowl had old dry chicken with just off queso. I love Mexican food but this isn't it.

My sister and I were truly disappointed with our meal. We had a taste for Birra and decided to try this place out since it was closer to home. We both ordered the Birra meal. The Birra tacos was so big and lacked flavor. The consome, all you could taste was Cinnamon while the onions and Cilantro floated to the top. We wanted to be able to taste the Cilantro and onions in almost each bite but that wasn't possible. The salsa was too tomato-y, not even adding salt to it, helped. The rice just tasted like a can of tomato paste mixed in with Jasmine rice. Not good at all! The beans and chips were the only decent thing. I make better Birra tacos and Mexican rice at home. I will not be back. My sister said she won't be back either.
This place is amazing and must go to, great atmosphere and the staff is beyond amazing and the food is even better. go to location don’t order off Uber driver messed up order called location and I believe it was the owner that got on the phone and said if you come up I’ll take care of you and he did fresh tacos and omg he gave me a piece of cake and literally all I can say is omg it was so freggin goodThank you will be back again and me and wife fought over cake
