I ordered garlic parmesean tenders [3pc meal]. My side was carrots and celery. I go back and order the cheese sticks as well. EXRTREMELY GREASY btw. I get back to work, and I only have chicken. Not my side nor sauce. Do you KNOW how disappointing that was!!!! My cashier was Don F. I called back up there to let him know, and he said he would refund my order. I wfh in Warren, MI. I work in Shelby Township. Had 2 workday mtgs on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm back home now working. I CALLED today to inquire with Don, but he wasn't there. Calling tomorrow to Inquire about my refund. SMH . I have kept my receipts

Horrible experience this evening. I ordered a three piece tender meal with Macaroni and Cheese. First off when did they stop tossing the tenders in sauces? The refused and said they no longer will do that. Additionally the Macaroni and Cheese was not fresh at all. I should have known when my order was completed within 5 minutes after ordering online. I went above and beyond to even leave a generous tip on my carryout, and was treated awful. Will not be returning to this location again.

Haven’t even tried the food yet. They wouldn’t give us more than two sauces on the side so I offered to pay for more sauces and they said no. Very confusing, but I do not support a company like that.

Absolutely love this location. Customer service is top of the line every time. Wings are great, friendly staff and it’s always done right. Lee and Don on 26 mile are the best!

I’ve never been here. I contacted the establishment this evening over the phone to inquire whether or not they offered In house dining or take out only. The girl who answered the phone said they are mainly takeout, but have two tables with a total of Four seats inside.. Which I consider an acceptable answer. From the parking lot, it doesn’t appear ANY tables or seats are available. But, admittedly I’ve never patronized any of these establishments, I honestly didn’t know. I assume the food is good, based on reviews, but I’d like to take my family out for dinner, and this doesn’t seem to be a facility that could accommodate that.. B-Dubs it is, unless I wanna eat at home!

We had ordered a large order of boneless wings and we picked them up. After several families members bit into RAW CHICKEN we called the manager. She argued with me on the phone that the chicken was not raw and asked us to put the raw chicken in a bag and bring them back. At my age, I have never had a restaurant tell us to bring raw food back to them. We did!!! When my daughter in law got there the manager was still disputing the fact that they were raw!!!!! Lucky no one is sick YET!!!! This is the second time that this has happen to us. We will NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM!!!!! The manager said that people call all the time about raw chicken!!!! Maybe your cook is not cooking them properly!!!! Where is the district manager or owner?????I would have posted the raw chicken, but the manager wanted them back!!!!!

The food was alright nothing to be excited for. There was this older man taking my order and he was very rude not understanding my order and when asking about something on the menu he gave me attitude and made me feel stupid. Would never come back here not just because of the food because how rude that worker was. I've been in the food business for 20+ years owning a huge franchise and would never hire a worker that acts like him.
