The food was really very good and authentic. Flavors were great and quality for price was good as well. We got the barbacoa and tamales. The tamales were amazing, really good flavor and good sized. Came here a few years ago, food was bomb! Came back just now food still bomb. Only thing that let me down was the rice n beans. Not enough flavor ? beans didn't have any Manteca nor did the rice have that pizazz I wanted. To me now this just my opinion those are key items that need to be on point! And they are not just yet. Loved the rice and birria taco, beans could be better but I loved the atmosphere. Seem like very nice people. My tamale was also pretty good. My boyfriend loved his quesadilla- he rated his meal a 9/10. He wasn’t a huge fan of the beans either.
