Drive thru was quick and efficient. Food was fresh, order was correct.
Beef juice filled less than half, in a to go cup, and put in the bag sideways, easy spill, glad caught before leaving. Roast beef sandwich was alright, used to be really good, was disappointed, in the meat as well as portion size and the bun. Won't go back, too many times given them excuses, just doesn't get any better.

Love the food, but their staff needs some more training. Took 20 mins to get our food, and they were not busy. The manager was kinda rude when I asked to make sure there was sauce put in the bag before we pulled up to wait.

Went to Arby's so I didn't have to cook and it was by far the nastiest meal I've ever had! The chicken was old and tasted like rubber, the curly fries were so cold. I will not ever go back to the Arby's in waterford again!
