2nd time ordering from here. First time I got a note saying they don’t make layered sundaes, never refunded or anything. Tonight I ordered 2 pre-packaged quarts and what I received was 2 scoops of each flavor I choose dumped into one small bowl. Nobody will answer the phone. It’s really ridiculous.
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Danielle is a terrible employee and was RUDE to my husband. I called to see what the issue was and she continued to talk over me and told me that she had never received an online order in all of the years she had worked and scoffed at us for doing so. Then she put me on hold because she didn’t want to listen to me and only wanted to hear herself speak. I would not recommend this baskin robbins. They had no cones at all for ice cream. Basic thing on their menu. Only stopped in for ice cream in a cone and the ice cream was freezer burned. Very disappointing, I understand the low reviews now.
