Worst BR I've ever been at. Took 5 min to get serviced and I was the only customer inside. Ordered a small scoop with sprinkles and a cherry for my 3 yr old. They charged me $6.01 for it!!! When I questioned the amount the clerk claimed it was because I got multiple toppings. Really? There were barely any sprinkles, the cherry was old and rubbery. The ice cream looked like it had sat too long as well. I should have walked out but didn't because I didn't have time to take her elsewhere. I will never go back to this location.

Only had maybe 10 choices of ice cream and what I did take home had old frozen bits. There were no prepackaged quarts to buy. Service was very nice but yuck!!

This Dunkin' Donuts has such poor service. I came through the drive thru today. I ordered a Oreo mega cappuccino blast. Large. It took 2 people 15 MINUTES to make ONE drink. I had a 2 year old in the car and a 2 month old. They were playing around, joking and not taking their job seriously. They were drinking the left over as I was sitting there. It was done for multiple minutes but took their sweet time. My family of 5 stopped going there because the service is so horrible. And to add, there was no one in front of me. It shouldn't take 2 people to make 1 drink. My boyfriend has been going to a different Dunkin' Donuts because the service is horribly slow. And they are rude. The boy didn't even give me my receipt. He didn't ask me at all.

Attendants were nice, but frozen stuff was old and disgusting. The sherbet looked like it was oozing from the top. The remaining ice cream was clearly frozen multiple times based on appearance and taste. I'm curious how this place is still open.

This location does not serve fresh food. Owner is very rude and does not care about customer service. Heard the way he was speaking to someone and was appalled. Do not frequent here, or any near by because he claims to "own" them all.
Had a terrible experience this morning, came to order a decently large order and when i ordered it was mocked by the employee on headset , after we left we noticed we were missing some items and we tried to call back but was given major attitude by the employee on the phone and was told we would have to wait through the giant drive thru line again when we saw an employee bring someone's food out to their car, which they told us they would not be able to do.

I'm so grateful this location is always open late and has the sweetest staff. This evening I purchased ice cream and the gentleman working their( Austin) was just the kindest soul. I told him I appreciate him working and being open so we can get our ice cream on this cold day, he proceeded to tell me how gracious he was by my appreciation and how I made his day. Little did he know my heart is still melting at his humbleness and that he made my day. Little Things we took fore granted pre-Covid (yes, like getting ice cream after 8 pm)mean so much more to us now. I can't remember the last time I received service from such a warm soul. I hope he sticks around for a while because I will definitely be back here to gladly give my business. Thank you Austin, you are greatly appreciated. -allos family

Went to the drive through on Wed and asked if I could pre order donuts for Christmas morning, was told yes. By the way, they STILL do not allow their dining room open, only option is drive through. Go on Thursday to order Christmas morning donuts, am told the owner stated they would not be doing this. I said I was told yesterday I would be able to. The woman took my name, number and order and stated she would call me back after speaking with the owner. I talked to the Lord, decided not to be angry and he said, call Keego. So, I did. Well I not only was able to order my Christmas morning donuts at the Keego Dunkin Donuts, I was treated so kindly and respectively! I only live 2 min from the Waterford Dunkin Donuts BUT, will NEVER go again! Also will NEVER accept another Door Dash nor Grub hub order from their store AGAIN! Learn customer service folks!!!!!! Hope you have alot of donuts left over this Christmas!!!!!

This location is the fastest fast-food restaurant around. Every time I get something here it's piping hot (sandwiches), or fresh (doughnuts). I highly recommend the sourdough sandwich: white cheddar, bacon, and two fried eggs on sourdough. It is the best breakfast sandwich at any fast food restaurant!

I went here today at 1:50 and asked for a caramel cappuccino blast medium. The guy was extremely hard to understand. And then after finally asking a few times I understood he said that Baskin Robbins is not open until 2 o'clock but it is a Dunkin' Donuts and a Baskin-Robbins which doesn't make sense. Which explains why their rating is so low they don't care about their customers. You guys will serve Dunkin' Donuts coffee all day long but you will not serve Baskin-Robbins coffee until 2 PM does not make any sense.
