While I've had good experiences and good food over the years here, they seem to currently be struggling with staffing, along with lots of other businesses in the area. Drove all the way from my home just after 5pm and they had a hand written sign that they close at 5pm. While I completely understand the struggle of finding good help, seems very strange to be open for lunch hours rather than wait for dinner hours. I would assume most people who get food from there, get dinner like my family. And at 5pm I often haven't even figured out what we're going to be eating. Boston Market is a large company and I would think have the resources to offer some good benefits to get a good staff in there and solve their closing early problem. That said, I know it could also be a franchise owned by someone without the means to compete with the higher wages I'm now seeing at fast food restaurants. Regardless, I hope they get more staff soon or adjust their hours to at least stay open until more like 7pm. Most people aren't even off work in time to stop there and grab dinner before 5pm. The labor force is definitely challenging right now and a main reason I recently closed a business.. hard to find good help! ? Also not sure if they're still doing Prime Rib but wish they did it more often or even a regular menu item!!Kid-friendliness: Think it's a good place with good options for picky kids. Have a picky eater and the chicken, macaroni and cheese, and vegetables that my daughter will eat from there makes me feel better that she is getting a somewhat well rounded meal.

This Boston Market has complete gone down the drain. No rice, no cornbread, no pot pies, no drinks. Outdated, staff was not friendly at all cursing while small children are eating in the dining room. Bathrooms smell so bad stall doors don't lock. My meatloaf was so greasy. I would not recommend eating from here.

Do not go here. Food was under cooked. Half of the food out front was dried out. No pop machine, no bottled water. Was a waste of $25.they hav a chair holding up the sink in the ladies room. The whole place is dirty. Where is the owner! Such a disgrace. City should shut them

This place has really gone down hill. I hadn't been in a little while and now I remember why. I just wonder if the owner has actually been in the store lately. The place was falling apart. If you can't afford to fix it, shut it down. It used to be a nice place to eat.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! The employees are rude! I paid for a meal that includes cornbread but the lady said they didn't have any and it's courtesy anyways! What! I paid for a meal which included it! Then asked for a substitute, maybe a cookie or anything she continued to be rude. The air conditioning was broke so I leaked sweat as I dined in. (Only reason i dined in was because my car was being serviced next door to it). Holes in the ceiling and the pop machine was broke. Who owns this place it's time to shut down. Mac was watery, chicken was pink! I'm forever traumatized

What is going on at this location? Where is Corporate at this point, with all this terrible reviews?? Ordered food today through doordash..."no nuggets, no potpie, no lemonade, call for refund" um, how do you not have BASIC items at 2 in the afternoon??? Also got 2 fountain cokes that were just water, no syrup, the Mac had no cheese, the noodles were just white, the potatoes came without gravy. It was altogether a disgusting meal. Just stop. Close down if you can't do the bare minimum. The laziness and incompetence is horrifying. People are paying their hard earned money for this nastiness, if you can't make it properly, don't make it at all. Get your act together.Also, I just tried the dry potatoes. They used to have superior potatoes to KFC, now it appears they used instant too. Never ordering Boston market again.

Literally the worst Boston market in michigan. Boston market has always been a favorite of mine and sadly this is the only one in my current area. Every time I have tried to give it a shot I’ve had a bad experience… from raw chicken to sides that are dried out and disgusting from sitting all day. Today it had been a little while so I thought I would give it another chance… my bad ?… the lady working had a attitude and no desire to help me, my mash potatoes and veggies were cold and tasted weird, I got it to go and no cornbread was in it. Got my son the kids Mac and cheese with the side being extra Mac and cheese and they literally gave him maybe one scoop which accumulated to about 4 small child bites. All the drink machines were down and I had to pay extra for a 20oz. The only thing good about this food was the Tuscan Parmesan sauce and I paid $20 for our 2 meals. I will never be returning. Lesson learned!
