I hate to leave a bad review but this is kinda sad an inch with nothing in it on each side , not much in the middle either, as you can see here… not only that though! On the menu it said it was $6.99 and she charged me 9.99 even after I mentioned what the menu said. So when I got home to see it, it’s near empty! Called to tell the owner about it and she preferred to argue about it when I said I didn’t mind coming up there for a fresh made one. Just trying to help the next person not have to deal with the same issue!

Friendliest faces! Super clean store! Great food! If you havent been there lately,.stop in! ..When it initially opened as a Buschemis, it wasn't the best food. (I ate there once and never went back) They were closed for a long time and reopened with NEW OWNERS. And the food is fantastic!! Don't pass her up if you haven't been there in a year or so! Give her a chance and spread the word!This store is near and dear to my heart. When I was a little girl is used to walk there to get penny candy. It was Pat's Party store the. With a barber shop in the back. She sold it to Ray Saffar and it became the Double Barrel party store. And my first job was there, stocking and mopping for $2/hr. Ray was everyone's friend, loved by all and his store was always busy.Renay works hard and is a great cook (does catering on the side). She is kind and caring. In a few short months Ive gotten to know her well. She has operated many party stores in some rough areas, all successful and loved by all.However, she has had a rough go with this once prosperous store, for reasons unknown. She has been broken into 3 times (cigarettes only stolen) and her refrigeration units for all her coolers sabotaged.She is a kind, giving person trying to run a business. Her store is clean, service is quick, employees are polite and kind and the food is awesome!Please pay them a visit! You won't be disappointed!

I love Buscemi's. Absolutely love it. It's the best Detroit deep dish pizza around. Totally blows jets away. This location seems to have a bit of a different sauce then most of the rest of the chain does. That would be the only reason it didn't get five stars. Service is great. Store is very very clean. Would totally go here anytime I'm in the area

I know Buscemis is known for their squares but I like their round. Pizza is always on time. Owner and daughter are always friendly. Great service! Highly recommend.

Great local store, overly friendly staff that treat you very respectfully. They also have a great variety of beers that you can't find at the local gas stations etc. I've found some of my favorites here that I can't find anywhere else. The pizza here is amazing my only complaint is that it is really greasy but I love the seasoning on top!

Ordered a 12 piece rectangular pizza with 3 toppings. Was given an eight piece that looked like this. I have never received a buscemis pizza like this. NO masks were worn by all 4 of people working and cooking. Will not return to this buscemis

4 days agoI had the scariest moment of my life at the store today and the owner wouldn’t help me. I pulled into the parking lot and tried to park. A truck with a man and women in it blocked me in. It was a pick up truck that was rusty and old. The man was wearing a shirt with police written on it. The lady and him jumped out and opened their doors so I couldn’t even go around their truck to get away. I ran in the party store and asked them to help me. The young daughter who works there told me to stay inside she would finish the person at the register then help. She was only maybe 20. She yelled for her mom who owns the place and told her mom and she ignored us. The lady came in after me and told me I need to go get my mask. Her husband was standing by my car waiting. Thank god there were a group of young teen boys inside that stayed in the parking lot and wouldn’t leave me. The girl behind the counter was scared to step outside when she realized how serious it was so I was left to try and make it to my car and call 911. The teenagers stood by the guy and women’s truck why I grabbed my phone. I called 911 and they sent police. The dispatcher wanted to talk to the store and the mom wouldn’t get on the phone. Finally the daughter told us there was a back way I could reverse and go around the building to get away. When I tried to the guy and women start pulling towards me. The teenagers had to stand in front of his truck for me to get away. The police came to my house after and took all the information and we were able to get the license plate. I could have been kidnapped or hurt and the owner wouldn’t even call the police. This store is under new ownership and the police Officer said it’s already a problem. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. It’s not safe.Edited to add* I went in and spoke to the owner to ask her why she didn’t help. She said she’s worked in Detroit party stores and seen it all. She would be calling police non-stop if she called every time something like this happened. She also said she’s been told drugs are sold in her parking lot but she told them “what do you want me to do”. All of us in this neighborhood have teens. This is the last place they should go.
