So today is free ice cream day and my day to pickup the grandkids and of course the baby girl hit me with can we go to the Dairy Queen.? Mind you we live in Michigan and yes!!! We are still bearing winter ? and to add salt to to it. Im not eating sugar today ??♀️ gotta love her. ? ?

I noticed that the older the women are that work there (probably 30 and up) are more rude than ever, there’s no reason to yell and catch an attitude because the speakers were a communication problem on my end?!

So, we ordered the chili dogs, one with onions, one without. They put onions on both, when we let them know, they made a new one, no charge. They said it was their mistake. They definitely will get our service again! Giving the customer what they ordered without making them feel like poo.

Ordered a "Cupcake" icecream treat. Very nice but almost frozen so it was hard to eat with a plastic spoon. Also you know things taste better if they are not TOO cold. Inside was closed but they have a double drive through and a picnic table to sit down outside.

This store has the best convey dogs. The problem is that you have to go through the drive threw. There is no option to go inside which I hate.
Excellent customer service, very patient with patrons and they ensure that your order is heard and prepared correctly.
The employees are always friendly and my order is always correct.
