Order pizza. Told 45 minutes to an hour. Usually the best pizza in a 20 mi radius. I work in 5 minutes goes by I called to see if there's something wrong I'm told it went out a few minutes ago! Great no problem right..... 20 minutes later I called back I'm told that one out in a doordash order and it'll be there soon I said no I don't do tortoise last time we do did that it was ice cold and the wrong order please cancel my order. I was put on hold another man got on the phone rather snippy your order will be there in a minute I said don't thank you I asked to have it canceled he said okay fine I said please make sure the tip $10 is canceled also..Today we find the pizza at our back door on the ground no kidding... No no not no nothing we even have a doorbell there.. mind you we don't use the back door very often so this was at 4:00 in the afternoon today!!!!!At one time this was the finest pizza establishment anywhere around..... I will update on my refund!!!!

I ordered a Italian sub no lettuce add jalapeños and when I arrived at home I was shorted Italian dressing (included with every Italian sub) and had yellow peppers (instead of jalapeños) and lettuce. I returned to the store and the person at the counter gave me the option of cup of jalapeño.... The subs they make are absolutely delicious. I just wish the staff would read the order. Time wasted and miles driven.

Just amazing The person on the phone was nice.Sweet kind the food was just out amazingly great not greasy And a taste I can't even explain if you want good pizza you got to come here I don't no if it's like this all the time but o boy it was good to day I loved the food and the delivery man was very fast got my food in a great time it's like going back to the 1980s I'm telling you.

I ordered a heart shaped pizza with Mayo for the sauce. It was pretty self explanatory. I ordered it here once and it was done perfectly. Very fluffy and they put the Mayo on top which I was completely fine with. My friend goes to pick it up for me and he pays and gets to the car, notices there’s no Mayo. He goes back in and says “the sauce is supposed to be Mayo” and the dude says “yeah I saw that it said Mayo when you ordered online I didn’t know what to do for that so I just didn’t add it” so my friend goes “okay well can you add the Mayo then…” and he says “I dont know what to do for that I can give you mayo packets”.Very disappointing. I can’t even eat pizza sauce which the pizza had, that’s why I wanted Mayo as my sauce I ordered it specifically so the Mayo would be the sauce and he gives me pizza sauce and no Mayo and then gives Mayo packets as of that makes it okay. They don’t know what they’re doing there so don’t order from this location. Also the bottom was completely burnt, not fluffy at all, forget to mention that.

Use to praise guidos had out of town visitors so we told them about guidos. Ordered a large 3 item deep dish. Very embarrassed at what got. First off just cause you cut the pieces at an inch and a half so you can turn a medium into a large. Bare minimum on toppings and cheese. Pizza was Luke warm when it arrived which was 15 minutes past their est. Probably won't order from I m here again. Oh and 29 dollars for a pizza you should considerate on putting out a good product

I had a problem with an online order that was to no fault of Guido's and they quickly and kindly resolved it ASAP amidst my frustration. Please consider Guido's of Waterford. Renee and Joe offered customer service that you don't always get today. I will always recommend this restaurant for that reason alone, but they also have great food! Thank you so much for getting my deliveries to several employees that deserve it today!!
Super amazing customer service. I love getting the Deep dish BLT pizza from here along with the cheesy bread. Definitely a good spot to get some delicious pizza

The old world style pepperoni is nice and crunchy!They have a fun variety of appetizers and our go-to is the mozz bread and guidos bread with garlic cheese dip!While every Guidos location I’ve tried is good, the Waterford location stands out as the best!Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie toppings!Parking: Small lot for pickup off Hatchery! Or you can park on Airport in that lot and walk over.

Their deep dish (Detroit style) pizza is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce, plenty of cheese, and quality toppings. The old world style pepperoni is nice and crunchy! They have a fun variety of appetizers and our go-to is the mozz bread and guidos bread with garlic cheese dip! While every Guidos location I've tried is good, the Waterford location stands out as the best!

Tried the lasagna. Too well done, too much ricotta, not enough sauce. I even asked for extra sauce and didn't receive it.
