Placed an order on door dash and waited over an hour and a half. Didn't get my food so I called, they said the delivery driver wasn't back yet and if I hadn't gotten my food in another 20 minutes that they would remake it. Called again once I had reached the two hour mark. Driver said that she left the food where the instructions told her to on the porch. She left the food at the opposite end of the office building. There is no porch and the instructions are extremely clear where to go. She didn't seem to care at all that my food was sitting out in the rain for over an hour. Never ordering from this location again, every time it takes over an hour and they don't notify me when they drop off my food

Rude employees not one light on outside at drive thru couldn't see the menu speaker anything just dark. It wad 6 pm. You could turn the lights on and pretend your open. Not one customer at the store and they couldn't even cut the sandwich in half.

The best Vito sandwich i ever had in years of going to jimmy johns .. the manager is outstanding the group of young girls full of energy and very sweet and friendly.. thank you so much for the great service..

This is a company wide issue apparently. If you're allergic to anything beware. I specifically call and tell them I'm allergic to mayo before the conversation starts. I was informed in the past to place the order through the app to avoid any miscommunication. I specifically order the spicy Italian. It comes with mayo. I make my order everytime fresh to ensure I hit no mayo. I even put a note that I'm allergic. It's hard to not be rude to an employee whem I go out of my way to order a Vito, that doesn't even come with mayo and sacrifice the luxury of double protein. I still receive a sandwich with mayo. It's unavoidable. I have to make them reorder and and me a free sandwich more times than not. Everytime iv ordered from this location iv gotten a different sandwich, mayo, or nothing at all. It's a joke It's almost like spinning a random sandwich wheel everytime. My local place of business no longer orders jimmy johns and I understand why. I asked the manager to comp me a sandwich the last order I made, and informed her she lost this business as well. I'm not interested in having corporate reach out, I instead refuse to do any business with jimmy johns. This is the 5th time I went out of my way to try and correct the issue manager to manager, and as a team we cannot resolve the issue. The problem is jimmy johns as a company.
