7 pm thursday 4-18-24, 1 car ahead of me, not too busy. 5 minutes later my turn to order. No origional chicken for at least 20 minutes. I love the chicken but this is not the first time at this particular store for problems like this. Problems more often than not. Birmingham, mi. store, never had a problem. Fire management here.

This place is not worth your time. Out of the 3 times I've tempted to go here there has been a problem. The last 2 were the final straw. On those occasions one time there was a sign on the door that read, "there is no manager, we're closed". It was lunchtime on a weekday. The last time, "we only have wings and other dark chicken!" So, I finished with the effort.

Everyone I come here. Plenty of staff. But yet lobby is always closed people like to sit in and eat. So went through drive through . Received meal and drink . No napkins and no silverware . So had to go back through driver through again . Lobby should always be opened. .not always closed .

This is, by far, the worst KFC I’ve ever dealt with. They are not looking to increase their sales because they are not welcoming, courteous or concerned about their customers. They have limited product and can’t seem to grasp they’re in the business to make money by providing a quality product and service. Extremely disappointing.
Very poor customer service. Ordered food at 11:30 to be picked up at 1. Go to pick my food up at 1 on my lunch and my food was not made because “my order didn’t go on the screen.” Ok that’s fine, I have to wait 20 minutes to get my food why the deal with drive through. Lady was very rude when I corrected her on what drinks I was supposed to have. Finally get my food get back to work and both of my wraps were made terribly, one had the Mac and cheese at one end and the other was poorly made and next to no Mac and cheese. Ok I can live with that. My final straw was when my famous bowl had a hair in it. I tried giving the coleslaw a chance but that smelled like it was sitting outside for a week. Call up customer service and all they wanted to do was offer me a partial refund. Smh never going back to that kfc again
I'm a doordash driver and I don't think you can pay me enough to take an order from here again. They are 1. Very rude and 2. Completely terrible.I went there the other day for an order. Went through the drive thru, they told me to pull around. I sat in the drive thru for about 5-10 minutes before anyone even said hello to me. All they said was to pull around and someone would bring it out in a minute. I pull around and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. 3-5 people came and went with their food while I'm waiting and waiting and waiting. After 30 minutes of waiting with not even a f u from these people I canceled the order and left.I've also been treated rudely as a disabled dasher by being refused at the drive thru (even tho they obviously allow things thru the drive through) because "all delivery orders MUST be picked up Inside." I struggle to walk sometimes and it easier for me to go thru the drive thru.This place just generally sucks. People are rude staff really couldn't care less.

The sizes of the wraps, sandwiches and fries is laughable. You can fit two wraps in the palm of your hand now. Half of the chicken is just breading and no chicken. Never again, what a rip off.
