I am a regular to this location. The food is great. The manager? Not so great at all! Sometimes I dine in, sometimes I get take out. I've thought about giving a review in the past but never took the time to do so. But the incident that happened last week made me make up my mind FINALLY to do so. Im a doordasher as well and while I was in there waiting to pick up an order, a gentleman complained that his order was incorrect. The manager, Ali, had an attitude and brushed him off at first and mumbled things about him under his breath thinking he wouldn't hear and the man did. The man told the manager he heard what he was saying about him and then Ali remade his food. The man checked his food and Ali made his food wrong AGAIN! When the man brought to the managers attention again that his order was wrong for the second time, the manager, Ali, began arguing with him. I mean this argument was heated and it went on and on for awhile. The lobby was full. Not only I but others thought it was going to get physical for sure. The man wanted a refund and Ali refused to give it to him. As if that whole show wasn't enough, after the man left, Ali went into the back and then all we heard was things/objects being thrown and him beating and banging on objects and the sound of a door being repeatably banged on a wall. When he finally decided to come back out to help out with a full lobby, he talked so incredibly disrespectful about that paying customer who just happened to be my neighbor. And since I'm here writing about this, I have to say, the bathrooms really do need some serious attention. They're filthy! And they're ALWAYS filthy. It's seriously disgusting. That is not good for anyone but especially for women and children. Again, the food is great but beware of the manager and stay clear of the restrooms.

I ordered 2 coney dogs, brisket loaded fries, a Lefty's Cheeseburger no pickle and add bacon,and an order of Cheese steak egg rolls. While the food was good, the order was wrong! My brisket loaded fries were supposed to have BBQ sauce on them. There was none. The Cheese burger did not have bacon on it, yet we were charged the extra $2.99 for the bacon. We were given corned beef egg rolls instead of cheese steak egg rolls. It's a shame that people in the food service industry always want an increase in pay, yet cannot get an order correct. As I said, the food was really good, but I cannot patron an establishment that can't get a simple order correct. We will not be going back.

Do Not Come Here If You're On Your Lunch Break! I want to preface this by saying I don't typically write reviews, but my experience today gave me the urge to write one in order to prevent other people from wasting their time if they don't have an abundance of time. I went in here today at around 12:20, I was the first at the counter. The woman at the counter was entering another previous order I'm assuming? She lets me know she'll be with me in just a moment. No problem. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting for her to finish, there is now a line of about 4 people behind me. At this point the gentleman directly behind me asks the cook if someone else is able to take our order, as he's been waiting just as long as I had. The cook responds that the woman will have to take our order. She's standing not even 10 feet from the cook when all of this was said and she offers no rebuttal, no apology for the long wait time, instead just continues doing whatever is taking so long. About two more minutes pass by after that interacting between the cook and other patron, and she's still entering whatever she's entering. I turn around at this point and tell that same gentleman to take my place in line and that I would be leaving because this is taking too long. This place already takes a little bit to get your food when you are finally able to order, which is fine I understand the food takes a moment, I've worked in the service industry in back of house and front of house for several years and in several different restaurants so this isn't news to me by any means. However, I have never waited as long as I did today for my order to be taken when it isn't crazy busy, which it wasnt, there was only 2 girls in the restaurant when I came in and they had just ordered. What the issue was I have absolutely no idea. All I know is I wasted my lunch break and want to prevent others from doing the same. The food is phenomenal, the service not so much. Only come here if you have plenty of time to waste!

Some of the food isn't bad, but the fries were uncooked, all the food was cold and the bread on the sandwiches we're soggy and we had to wait almost an hour extra for our food to be ready to pick up and by the time we got it the food was not worth the money or the wait.

I ordered a 12 piece wing and a cheeseburger. The wings were beyond horrible and someone needs to be retrained on how to cook wings. Start by purchasing real chicken wings and make them and stop ordering the wings from wherever your getting them because the wings on your photos do not match the wings I received at all they were clearly pre cooked wings and warmed up and the mix of the garlic Parmesan on top of that horrible battered wing was simply disgusting and that was a serious let down I took one bite and threw them away a waste of 16 bucks completely!!! Now the burger on the other hand was actually the highlight. Thank the good lord I ordered that as well.
They are food, but last time I ate there, my Philly cheese steak wasn't full like it used to be. It was more bread than meat and cheese.
