I wouldn't recommend them. Half our order was forgotten. We were told they would have it ready in 15 minutes and when we arrived it wasn't even started yet. Atmosphere isn't great. One of the employees looks like they were having a meltdown on his cellphone smoking a cigarette while I was waiting.

The poeple that work here almost refuse to do there job, they won't pick up the phone ever or they just put me right on hold. When I order in person they will literaly complain right in front of me about having to do there damn job.

The people working here are great, but the last time I was there they gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered an Old World Fanceroni at the counter and waited, got home and saw they made me a basic Pepperoni. Not even the better version.Waste of my time/money. Tired of going here and having things like this happen all the time.

Never will I ever go here. They never have a pizza ready to go... if you order ahead, same results. They should just close this place...We ended up going to the sashabaw location. Way better. Fast, and they had plenty of pizza's to buy ready to go. What a concept! (Better customer service too)

Our custom pizza was only palatable after I had to microwave it, the service was horrible. Did not get a notification that the pizza was put into the pizza portal, so went inside to check on it. Guy at counter has very little awareness to help customers, then finally after a few minutes got his attention to ask about an order. He checks and says they are still working on it.Multiple people come in, stand at the register trying to get service, but guy behaves the same way or other staff eventually come up to help, but they lack any hint of trying to make your customer experience pleasant. Other customers leave after not being helped.During this waiting time, same guy from earlier has a buddy come in who asks for a pizza, but it's obvious that the wait should be awhile. Guy working ends up giving his buddy a few boxes of food, which I'm certain not all got paid for which is infuriating if you're sitting there for over 15 minutes wondering where in the world your pizza is.A different woman comes to the register, I check in with her because I'm really fed up at this point. She says it will be a minute because she has to catch up some of the orders on screen. Fine at least I know she's trying to take care of things. She finishes her task and starts looking for my pizza, it seems like she remembers the order and is wondering where it is. Turns out it's in some other warmer that they don't normally check.I don't know whose fault that was, but it was a really frustrating experience. The bigger guy working there did a less than adequate job of checking, especially since I was sitting there for about 20 minutes, he should have known to check everything.In total, if you order online, your pizza might not get placed into the pizza portal to say it's ready, you might go inside, you might wait a long time, you might get frustrated, you might get bad customer service like most people did on this day, and you might waste a lot of your time.After having to microwave my pizza after bringing it barely warm, I was finally able to eat. You might want to pick a different Little Caesars.
