Ordered a 10pc nugget meal. Got served a drink and 10pc saying I didn’t order the meal, had to pay 3.54 more or something similar to get my fries. With so many restaurants pricing similar to McDonald’s these days I probably won’t be back. I asked for a manager to sort my problems but the server,didn’t give me a receipt and told me a manager couldn’t talk to me. I recently visited the McDonald's located on Dixie Highway in Waterford, MI, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The most concerning aspect was the condition of the restrooms. They were in a state of neglect, with the urinals appearing as if they hadn't been cleaned for an extended period. The floor was covered in urine, presenting both a hygiene issue and an unpleasant experience.Additionally, the quality of the food and service was subpar. My burger seemed carelessly prepared, giving the impression that it was hastily thrown together without regard for presentation or quality. This lack of attention to detail in food preparation was disheartening for a brand known for its standards.To make matters worse, the beverage options were limited as the soda machine was out of Diet Coke. This might seem minor, but it's an inconvenience for customers expecting a full range of drink options.Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. There was noticeable garbage on the floors, and despite this, the staff members seemed disengaged, mostly standing around rather than attending to these cleanliness issues.In conclusion, this visit was a letdown. McDonald's is a brand I've known to uphold certain standards, but this particular location on Dixie Highway in Waterford, MI, did not meet those expectations. The lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and inattentive service significantly detracted from the dining experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made.

We were told Doordash is down. Sorry, but it worked fine. Next time tho plz add sauce to the big Mac, not ketchup and 1 pickle. It would also be great if you filled the fry containers.

i called and asked if the drive through was open and she got really upset and threatened to call the cops on me for prank calling and get me in trouble with my parents even though all i asked was if the drive through was open. i’m also an adult so like? she accused me of prank calling? i’m not sure i was innocent but overall idk why she threatened the cops when it’s not like they’re gonna do anything… it was too funny not to post. the food was yum tho when i went thru the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: bad
