Okay I really want to see this restaurant thrive. Tasty, cost conscious Thai dishes and surprisingly acceptable sushi if you want to grab something local. If you've been to this place before, you might know that ownership has changed a few times and now it has a new set of owners and a new name.The owners are very nice and will have a pleasant conversation with you while you wait for your food.We really enjoyed the texture and taste of their Pad Thai and it might be one of our favorites when we are craving some Thai. We have had a couple of their curries and they have all been flavorful. I will preface that we got medium spicy and their spice level is probably warmer than most. You should always be prepared at any Thai place to order food once and gauge how you feel about the spice level to your tastes and order in the future accordingly.Try this Thai place out so we can continue to keep more options around in Waterford and grow our cultural palates!

My neighbor recommended this restaurant. The food is amazing! Soups are so flavorful. Everything is so fresh. We had the vegetable curry w/chicken. We love spice so we ordered hot. Look forward to going back.

Thai food has always been my husband's favorite food... however I have NEVER been a fan..... that is until I tried Simple Thai. I AM OBSESSED NOW lol. My go to is Pad Thai with veggies (broccoli, onion, green pepper) and extra peanuts! It's to the point where I walk in and they know what order is mine without asking because we order from here so often lol. Seriously the best!

This is really good Thai food. The Pad Thai was excellent even my daughter who doesn't like any type of Asian food loved it. I ordered the Hot Plus and it had some good heat to it, but next I could try the hottest. The Hot and Sour Soup was really good.
