First time here to this little gem. The cook used to run an old local well known restaurant that had burned down but kept the food quality with them. Great soup selection and the sandwiches are not your typical sandwich. Great quality ingredients and the bread is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

I love Soopz and Sanz! From the staff to the food one of my favorite places! They have healthy alternatives everything is so fresh and the prices are reasonable. I love their Caesar Salad with ranch dressing literally the best around! And the shrimp island soup, AMAZING!!!! Give them a try !!!

Hidden gem! This little restuarant is amazing. My daught and I tried it for the first time today and we loved it. Every one was extremely friendly and the food was great. I had the Sheppard's Pie soup and Corned beef sandwich and ate every bite. My daughter got the Creamy Chicken Broccoli soup and really liked it. I will be going back again forsure.

The food was okay, the service was great, however the atmosphere was not my favorite.It kind of felt like I was walking into a movie set for a haunted house lol. Call me new-fashioned but the lack of modern utilities and decor takes away from an otherwise relaxing stress-free lunch.The price also felt much too expensive for what I ordered.I remember getting a grilled cheese and some soup for $15 or more.How expensive can soup and a grilled cheese really be?Parking: The parking is hidden behind the building. Where you have to find the hidden alleyway that takes you to the parking lot.
One of the, if not THE BEST sandwiches I have ever had. The owner and his wife are cute as all get out and so sweet. Come here quick, you won’t regret it.

Awesome food, hot and fresh. The restaurant is nothing fancy but I don't go there for the looks. So if you are hungry for some soup or sandwiches then try this place you will not go wrong. I had the chili and grill cheese. I also ate here before and had the potato soup. It's also cheap

I absolutely love this restaurant. Nearly everything on the menu is homemade and can be gluten free. The soups are fabulous, as are the sandwiches. The menu changes weekly, so take a look on Facebook to choose your soup. The service is friendly and excellent. I ordered the pepper beef soup but got the shepherd's pie soup instead. When I told the waitress, she let me keep the shepherd's pie soup and gave me the pepper soup. Both were excellent. I also got a Reuben with no cheese and the gluten free bread basket. It was all delicious and I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often.
