Tried stopping in for a quick bite, staff was very pushy and wanted me to order before I was all the way in the door, once I decided they were out of the one thing I wanted, the staff just looked at me with a "deer in headlights" look and didn't know what to do.

Excellent service, I was surprised at the fast friendly service I received at this Subway. The restaurant was clean and orderly. I got my food promptly, the staff were professional, friendly and polite. I don't normally write reviews but this was an excellent experience.

I never know if I can walk into this store or not. They never put a sign out when you have to order from the drive through. Today they had yellow hazard tape across the front door, so you would assume the inside is closed. Three cars were sitting in the drive through line for 10 minutes with no one taking anyone's order. Then someone else drives up and walks right in. Don't waste your time here, there are a lot of subways, don't go to one that tries so hard to make it difficult for you.

Unbelievable. The lobby is closed all the time! Place an online order to pickup and still have to wait in drive through because this location constantly has a lobby closed sign up. Wish this one would get new owners!

Seems like every time we order online the order is wrong. We had 2 toasted subs on this order and neither were toasted, and my roommate was given uncooked meat on his sandwich today. Not even heated in the microwave. Not sure why this always seems to happen.

Customer service is non -existent, the two gentlemen working obviously did not want to be there, not necessarily rude, but a hello and have a nice day would go along way towards repeat business. There is a subway not far west with much better customer service and that is where I’ll spend my hard earned money from now on.

Sometimes this location is nice because it has a drive-thru… Other times, you show up at 8:45 when online and the door posting says they don’t close until 10, you see two workers inside sitting on their phones, you knock to ask why they aren’t open and they look right at you and ignore you. Rude.
