At the Waterford Taco Bell drive-thru, I asked the associate if he remembers the Meximelt and if I could order a cheesy rollup with the added ingredients to make it like the old Meximelt. He said yes, but then a woman interrupted him on the speaker and told me I was not allowed to use the word "Meximelt" at Taco Bell and said I needed to express exactly how to make my order. I asked what the ingredients were to the old Meximelt so I could tell them how to make my order, but she refused to say and, rudely (loud, negative, brusque tone) said I am now allowed to use the word Meximelt and they are now allowed to talk about it. I said I'd have to sit in the drive-thru line and Google the ingredients then. After several minutes of Googling the ingredients, I ordered the item. When I received the item, the cheese was not even melted. This entire conversation is confusing because at SEVERAL other Taco Bells I have said the exact same thing with no problem. Customers should not be yelled at for using the word Meximelt, and employees should be able to answer questions honestly. Why cannot they list the ingredients of a former Taco Bell item or answer customer questions?

Normally these guys are good, I'm not sure if I went here at the wrong time but I'm probably not going to come back to this location.Everything in my order was incorrect and they staff was very helpful in getting me what I missed and tried to compensate, but I should've given my order a taste test before I left. Burrito was not what I ordered, soda had no flavoring to it.Worst of all something was off with the cinnamon twists, they gave me extra because the order was wrong, but they tasted like cleaning chemicals. Food safety is not something to mess with I am not coming back.The one cantina chicken item I got was fabulous tho.

Last Tuesday evening at 730 PM I went inside to place a carry out order. I cannot handle the touch screens and when I asked for help an opinionated employee told me I must use it and pointed at a sign aon the country. At the time there were 5-6 employees standing around with nothing to do. The discussion got heated and the manager stood off to the side making food and it dissolved into a shouting match with the employee telling me do not come here. Finally another employee came up to a register and apologized for the ruse employee who yelled in front of other customers at me in the store forcing me to yell back trying to get the manger to do something. This is definitely be the last time I go to this store. My daughter posted the incident on line with a local review hub and was inundated with similar storied of this location . This worker hated working here and I asked the manager how she could allow such treatment of customers.

Ordered alot of tacos for the familyAnd got the order very fast with everything I asked for the crew was friendlyThe place was clean and they did a great jobThis crew could teach a few other locations how it's done see you guys in the summer when I head back to Michigan from South Dakota to get my grand kids for the summerI hope you guys keep up the great job I've never been impressed by a taco bell beforeAnd thanks for not making me use that stupid kiosk thing I hate those I prefer Human contactYour great personalities is what makes or breaks a business the jet owners at corporateForget that in their person greed to fatten their own pocketsNext they will want the customer to make their own food so they don't have to pay youYou guys were awesome and corporate should learn that's a plus not a negative great jobAnd thanks for top notch service and darn good tacos
