The waitress was good, but the food was terrible. The queso was lukewarm and had very little flavor. The bowl was hot, so they had probably microwaved it. The chicken tasted like rotisserie chicken. It didn't have any seasoning either. Our enchiladas didn't have any enchilada sauce.

Useless manager RON made it a NEVER AGAIN after 51yrsfor our family.We have supported Trini's since, during and after they caused the nations worst outbreak of botulism in 1977. 35 people hospitalized.Looks like history may repeat itself again with (hang up the phone on you)useless manager RON at the helm.If tell him your concerns you will be sent on a goose chase calling back asking for people that don't exist. Just a routine useless RON uses so he doesn't have to deal with his responsibilities.After going through the ordeal useless RON created, we now know problems here run deep. He is extremely rude, no help at all and if you try to convey your concerns for their benefit he will just hang up.We ordered 3 nachos carryout, 2 chicken 1 beef. Chips were stale, tough and dry. There was about a cup of what looked and tasted like frozen cubed chicken on top of the chips and cheese melted over that.All the normal toppings were missing. There were no tomatoes, onions or green peppers. Every bite was dry and flavorless. With only two tiny cups of salsa for the whole nacho there wasn't much we could do about it. We aborted the chicken nacho in hope the beef would be better. It was slightly less dry due to the grease from the beef. Again no toppings at all. Just stale chips with a small amount of ground beef and cheese on top.We doused the chips with the two tiny cups of salsa to no avail. Still unedible without the toppings. We opened the third nacho Just as bad as the first. Upon closer inspection we could see what looked like mold on the edges and bottoms of some of the chips. No wonder they were so tough stale and hard to chew.Disgusted knowing we had probably just eaten a lot of mold we threw away all three.Google prompted me to leave a review. I thought gosh our family is always loved this place. We have come here for all our milestones, celebrations, birthdays, graduations our whole lives and we love Trinis.I can't write an unfavorable review without giving them a chance to make it right.I called monday. My concerns were not well received.The person on the phone lambasted me for not calling back the same day. I explained they were closed after we threw away their food, rebought and went to our event. I could tell this person was not going to be any help and asked for the manager. Useless RON said."I am the manager" and offered to give us back $10 on our $90 order.I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. Useless RON said yes "call back Mon after 11 and ask for the office manager" I called at 11:10 and was told the office manager was gone for the day. I said no problem could you take my number and have them call me back. No one did. Two weeks later I called back. Ron answered. I told him I had completed his hoop jumping and no one has contacted me. He chewed me out and said I was yelling at him and if I didn't yell at him he would have solved the problem. (I never yelled at him)No need, I was just trying to fix a bad carry order. Not a big deal.Useless manager RON hung up on me. Wow! Great job solving the problem RON! When a guest of any business voices their concerns for the benefit of that business and the manager hangs up. They should be fired.I started looking at the other recent reviews on Google. Wish I had read them before I placed my order.1 star Strong foul smell.1 star Mold on food.1 star We threw all our food away.1 star Hung up in my face.1 star Long-time customer willnever be backSounds familiar.
