We have been coming here for quite a while and used to be one of our favorite places. However the last few times the food has not been good and the last time there was a hair in my burger. Staff is starting to get lazy and slow. The manager and waitress were polite and addressed the hair in my food the right way but still pretty gross.
Very few choices for vegetarians/vegans. I was amazed that there was no veggie burger substitute on the burger section. With 3 of us vegetarians and one vegan we had a really tough time navigating the menu. And before your respond with our menu is online, we realize that and looked prior to our visit, but we were tied to a Laughfest comedy show being held there with no other restaurants in the area that would fit our time frame.

Everything was ok until I walked out . Wearing a black shirt and realized black fuzzies on me. Another customer experienced same thing. Coat was also covered with fuzzies that I had over my lap. Something coming from vents? Needless to say I walked around all evening feeling embarrassed!
