“I went during lunchtime, and it was extremely crowded, but we all waited patiently because we could see that she was working alone. She was doing everything by herself. But she kept a smile and was very polite in spite of being overwhelmed. Please give the lady a raise. The African American slim. young lady with the tattoos needs a promotion without a doubt. If more fast food places had an employee like her, they would raise the pay for cashiers, cooks, and servers. She was doing it all.“
“I LOVE this location the staff is super nice and patient. I came right before close and they made my bowl perfectly! I come about twice a week and I love the young black girl with the nose ring and ear piercings. She is very sweet and makes great conversation. Plus when the youthful white girl is on register, she makes sure the lobby is in top tier shape, tables always shining. Don’t get me started on the red dreadhead girl, she is very funny and can wrap any size burrito. only thing I would say is avoid going between 6-7PM very busy.“
“We have enjoyed Byrds Hot Chicken in Novi twice now - the first time for my son's birthday in February and today, just because! The food is consistent, hearty and delicious. I especially love the crunchy coating on the chicken. Yum! Although the menu is very simple, it works like a charm with several customizable options and it really seems to hit the spot. I find that the set up of this cafe-style restaurant is chic and perfect for a city like Novi. The choice of colors, textures, furniture and the overall ambiance are very tastefully coordinated. The owners, though, are really what stand out. They make an effort to provide excellent customer service, are very friendly and take time with each customer to make sure that their order is well placed and explained. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant was being well patronized when I stopped by to pick up my take out order this evening. Byrds Hot Chicken is a must try!“

“First time trying this place, and I was shocked by the amazing customer service and fast order delivery since some of the comments online weren't what you'd like to hear when looking for somewhere to eat. However, it was the opposite of what I expected. The food was delicious and quickly delivered. Adding on, the manager had everything organised and under control.I am definitely going to be visiting it regularly and recommending it to my family!!“
“I have not been to an A&W drive up in a while. I was so disappointed not to have a window tray with a frosty mug of root beer. Just the standard cup with a plastic lid and straw. Maybe that is the way it is anymore at the driveups at A&W. Too bad. Tastes the same but not the same, you know.“
“I work near by and stop by frequently. FRIENDLY-ISH customer service (they sometimes assume you should know the menu as well whe as them?) GREAT food options. But the quality varies. And so does the wait times. Not the most efficient. Will I come back YES, AND recommend YES.
