This is literally the first time I have ever given a bad review on the internet. Ordered at 3pm for a 430 scheduled delivery. It is now 630 and no pizza. I called at 500, 530, 600 and again at 630. Each time they told me my order was on the road. At 630 they told me the driver got in an accident (hopefully they are ok). Why would they continually lie to me for 2 hours or not call me and let me know I will not be eating pizza tonight? Terrible service and I recommend ordering from their competitors or at least another Jets location. I myself will not order Jets for a very very long time. Hopefully they aren't lying that I will be getting a refund...I will find out soon I suppose.

Always friendly, clean store. I had made a mistake with my order and called back..the manager said he would take something off my next bill..since I realized my mistake when I got to work. I went a few days later..he gave me my Jets Deli Boat free!!! Awesome customer service.

This is about operations and procedures not food. Generally you visit franchises because there's a standard.In this instance there's a "special" of 45% off menu pricing from 8/21-8/27. Upon several attempts I could not place an order online so I called to ask/report several things:-Online not accepting orders-Whether I could do a half and half specialty-45% offI was told the 45 is online only but I can enter a coupon... I proceed in ordering an 8 corner pepperoni and an 8 corner half and half... Upon being given a total I verified that's for both the pep and the half (I hadn't actually done the math of the 45% at that time... Now that I have I know I should've been told $1.42 more) and was told yes. Upon pickup my wife calls and asked what did you order?! Because she paid and was handed 1 pizza. What in the coupon/suggestion world?! Minus a pizza and charge the same price rather than suggesting going back and waiting for online or being able to offer similar doesn't make much customer sense. Even in my wife explaining she was told we can ring up another upon which time we checked the online system that was make working and got the deal.-Problem 1) I think whatever human should've said on the phone you need to do it online-Problem 2) I think whatever human in person should've said whoa... We apologize let's do what we can to make it right-Problem 3) Even in ordering online I determined the discount was not applicable on specialty whether half and half or not which isn't conveyed well as it was ultimately a 4 or 8 corner pizza.

The worst.customer.service.ever. I've never dealt with rude service putting in an order for (very simply) 2 pizzas. I called to ask a question that couldn't be answered by submitting an online order and was treated like an inconvenience. AND it costs more to order via phone. You'd think I'd be paying extra for stellar customer service.
WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN. I paid for a large deep dish with 3 toppings. I literally got two slices of pepperoni per slice two slices literally of just jalapeno per slice and very little bacon which is not on even every slice. What a complete waste of money. Will never go to a place that expects you to pay almost 20 bucks for a pizza but they're too cheap to put on the actual bacon and to put more than two slices of jalapeno on a slice what a complete joke.

When you are spending over $70 for pizza you would expect for them to get the order right. I placed an online order and my husband picked it up. They forgot to give us our salad and 3 sauces. Because we had the hot pizza already in front of us, I called to get a refund because who wants to let their pizza get cold and waste time and gas to drive back to a store to pick up missing pieces of an order due to someone else’s mistake. Especially when you are ready to relax after a long day of work, and in nasty weather. I called for a refund, we were transferred to a manager and told that the best they could do was offer a $5 credit which would not even cover the cost of our sauces and salads. They refused to do anything besides offering a $5 or forcing us to come back and pick it up. We asked if they would deliver it and they said no. This is unacceptable, inconvenient, we will not be ordering from this location again. Imagine if you order multiple pizzas and they forget one, then offer you $5 when you’ve spent over $20 for a pizza. Absolutely crazy in this day and age, horrible customer service and policy, it’s a slap in the face to paying customers.

My kids love this ?. This deep dish Detroit style crust is soft and thick and never disappointing to my boy's palates. Their gluten free crust is not as great, but I'm sure they'll keep perfecting it. The salads and wings are ok.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options. The crust is not my favorite. It's not as soft but then again most gluten free crust/breads are hard to master.
My nieces love the pizza at this place.
