NO ALTERNATIVES TO PORK SAUSAGE!Despite Tim's releasing Turkey Sausage 10 years ago, and despite re-releasing Beyond Sausage 2 years ago, AND DESPITE previously offering Beef Sausage at this location, this location has stopped offering any alternative to pork and they actually told me they NO LONGER HAVE PLANS TO OFFER ANY ALTERNATIVE TO PORK SAUSAGE IN THE FUTURE!!How do you just stop offering that? It's a little frozen Beef patty that youd take out of the freezer and cook the few times someone who doesn't eat pork comes in. I just don't understand how you can stop offering that. Such a small thing that makes a huge difference to many people. You just lost my business.Update after Owners response to this review: they asked me to contact them using the Canadian site despite being a US store… they just don’t want to deal with this and they want to make it seem like they’re going to solve this. I’ll update again if I ever receive any follow up

My kids dumped my credit cards out of my wallet and I only had two dollars -- not enough for the coffee I ordered. They gave me my coffee and let me use the restroom anyway. I really appreciate their kindness! Thank you so much!

It has been a while since I had a regular cup of coffee at Tim Hortons. I was very disappointed.The coffee tasted terrible.Staff did not know what kind of cream they carried. Important for those of us with dietary restrictions.I don’t believe this is particular to this location.

Lobby always closed. Im not sure the issues but they should take the 24 hour sign off the building and hire more workers. Drive thru is very poorly designed and always a long wait since you cant go inside. The website will not let you order ahead and the prices to do so through 3rd party apps are $2 more. I never have time to wait even when I come early before work. The general attitude of the staff is usually unprofessional. And the focus is clearly on profit over service. I just wanted a sandwich and a coffee that's quick and affordable.Parking: Location is very poorly designed. Drive through is dangerous and always wrapped around the building.

My Wife and I came here for breakfast and very unexpectedly the dining room was closed. What is the reason for this in 2024? The parking lot is very small and narrow and the drive through is somewhat tough to navigate with a full size truck. Why isn't the dining room open?

Whenever I go into this location there's a wait. The manager knows by our uniforms that we provide public service. Postal, Bus, Package delivery. He will allow us to just stand there while he completes his conversation or while counting money. It is unbelievable. We also bring seniors ( at no charge) to dine or drink coffee at this location. Awful customer service ? I saw a uniformed police officer waiting in line for a cup of ☕️ for over 15 minutes. If you treat your city employees like this when you need them you will likely receive the same nonchalant service.

Avoid this location at all costs! Manager and worker (Julian) are extremely rude. They shun you for using Tim Hortons rewards or points!
