We stopped here at West Branch on our trip from Wisconsin to lower Michigan. Didn't find much worth stopping along the way until BIG Boy.It was delicious!! Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Yes, she cleared the plates! A big one for me; don't give a bill before clearing dirty plates! Place is spot on! We are already planning on stopping back on our way home!!

I love Big Boy and I want them all to open up again. It's a wonderful pastime restaurant that is family friendly and kid appropriate. They even let kids eat free on certain days. They give senior discounts before it was the norm for other restaurants to even think about rewarding customers. It is affordable and the service is always nice and friendly staff. I want BIG BOY to come back all over Michigan like it used to be. Yummy. You tell me where can you go to get shakes, malts, hot fudge ice cream cakes, spaghetti, Big Boys, patty melts, fish fry(days), strawberry festivals. You name it they have it!
Burger bun on Big Boy was burnt. $6 (x2 $12) for a small cup of soup that was added to a $9 meal. ? I can’t believe there is a $3 difference between an entire meal with fries and a cup of soup.

The food was good. The staff were nice. I had an issue with my drink and they gladly got me a new one.

Stopped this morning, first visit at this location. We were very lmpressd how clean, wait staff (katie) was polite and very helpful. Food was excellent. And the overall appearance of the building was great. Looking forward to our next visit.Parking: Parking lot very well taken care of, not crowded with marked spots
