Just left so displeased. The staff should stop assuming that everyone has been in their stores. I needed to have more direction for drink choice and the women behind the counter was rude, unhelpful, and the store was disgusting. Nasty coffee option given, wasted money now. Three people weren’t cutting it today behind the register and I had a terrible experience and won’t stop again at Dunkin in west branch.

Didnt actually stop in and dine in. My boyfriend had some food doordashed to the motel we were staying in. It was the first time I’ve had food from a Dunkin Donuts place. I had a plain bagel with cream cheese on it, and a slice of chocolate chip banana bread. Both were really good!

They forgot about my order when I was right in the Lobby. They helped 6 other customers that came after me when I had already ordered and paid meanwhile the other customers had ordered & left already while my group was left waiting. No employees acknowledged us until we said something.

I stopped in to buy a gift card and also bought an apple filled donut and coffee. Very nice and helpful employees.
The ice is way past the line. Y’all are cheating people. Might file a complaint with the consumers protection agency.Pay for a large an get cheated into a small.Pretty sad that your employees aren’t being properly trained.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts! My daughter and I come here once a week I get coffee she gets a refresher and donuts we love this location! It seems it’s been a rough start at most of the new Dunkin’ Donuts we’ve been to but this location had handled it all so well! The young ladies and gentlemen who work there are always so kind and friendly especially when I was new and had no idea what I wanted to order. They helped me and my child find our favorite regulars to order we love Dunkin no matter where we go but west branch has been the best location so far!Wheelchair accessibility: I’ve dined in and been to the drive through and both ways are very accessible to those in wheelchairs.

Rainy chilly day.. I'm not a frequent flyer of Dunkin' but tis the fall season ?Half dozen donuts, maple glaze, pumkin' and Krispy krulers, one punkin' muffin and a small pinkin' latte.. muffin was VerY moist, but not pumpkiny enough for my liking. My latte was the taste of fall, but also not very pumpkiny-ish. Donut's will go home for the hubby?So, all in all probably not my go-to stop..Buuuuut... the customer service was GreaT!!!! Thanks girls, you are noticed and appreciated
