West Branch. Burt I believe his name is, was amazing.He engaged in conversation while making our order and was very professional and smiley!The other 2 guys at the check out were nice, but not very professional and didn't do much work. The guy manager? that was there with the other female manager with the colored hair corrected burt for something about his shoes in front of customers, which is distasteful. He should not be managing. Start taking your workers to the side to correct them please. I would go back to see burt and hope he climbs his way up.

Myself and 3 other people ordered for the first time. I didnt notice any name tags so I cant really give the only nice and professional person a good review. The manager, im assuming, with blue hair wasnt friendly at all. There seemed to be alot of disorganization going on, like theres not a set process for taking an order. Her and other guy didnt ask us anything about having our sub "mikes way". She seemed annoyed explaining it to us when we asked about getting toppings. My friend ordered last and had her order taken by another much friendlier man that had a great attitude, was super friendly and he asked and explained "mikes way" to her. He was the only thing that got this 2 stars.

Went in at 7pm and could not get white bread because they were out. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread. Jersey mikes also got stingy with the meat on the subs over the last few years. For a nearly $20.00 sub you'd think they'd hook it up. Like they use

Ordered #56 Kahuna Stek sandwich large. It was terrible so many Jalapeños. Could not eat it. Ordered this sandwich many times and it was great. I literly wasted my money yesterday. It was like $17 for a hot pepper sandwich. Unless this is corrected I wont be back. So very disappointed in the sandwich. I have ordered it many times and it was good. Yesterday was horridly hot.
