Highly recommend this place! We just celebrated my husband's 50 birthday there with a party of 30 people and I can't say enough good things about the restaurant. Tom and Jess were very accommodating, ready with suggestions, and just super nice to interact with. The wait staff was super nice as well.The food was delicious. We had two dishes: chicken ravioli and roast beef with sides of salad, bread sticks, baked potatoes, and veggies. Price was reasonable.The restaurant does not have a private room, but they used dividers and those worked just fine. We were able to bring decorations and our own cake. Our party was on Saturday evening, which also happened to be Sweetest Day, and the restaurant was busy. However, we felt like we were the only customers there.I highly recommend Sandbaggers Bar and Grill in West Branch to anyone for a private event or for a casual dinner.

This was a joke! The website says the restaurant is open. We drove off of i-75 based on reviews through construction and the restaurant was closed. They are not open on Mondays and Tuesdays as stated. Come on! Sandbaggers- update your website!

My friends and I stopped by here just before dinner time on a Sunday without reservations and were seated immediately. I had seen good reviews about this establishment and they did not disappoint.We enjoyed 2 appetizers of “sandbaggers tots” which were more then enough for 8 people to share. Everyone enjoyed their entrees from BBQ chicken flatbread to a massive prime rib dip. Excellent price points for everything we had.Flat top seating with a full bar. Craft beer available with frosted glasses. Clean restroom. Good service with friendly staff. Located within the West Branch Country Club. I would definitely return when back in the area.Parking: The entrance is in the middle of the building and a little hard to see from the parking lot.

We went in there to check out the place. The food was very good. The service was excellent, and it was just a nice atmosphere . Our waitresses name was Liv..... And she was very attentive. The menu surprised us that was fantastic for being a golf country club.

Cold, soggy fries. Luke warm wings, flatbread you could have used for scaffolding. The waitress spent most of her time talking to the bartender about how she likes her lipstick and she wears it all year round. Never cleared a dish till there wasn't any room to put the next course. So the cold food wasn't necessarily the cooks fault but the flatbread was.And did I mention that was only 2 other tables with diners?

We had a late lunch after a round of golf. Everything was delicious! Large wings with dry rub, burgers, nachos, loaded tots. All delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The servers were super friendly. The patio atmosphere is also great!
