$13 for a salad? Then I would think the bowl would be full. It was perhaps 25% less salad than any other Subway I've been to. And they always cut up the meat for the salad - except here. I had to ask for a knife.

This was one of the worst places to eat subway at. The staff is negligent towards proportion of serving. Furthermore, the shutdown the table area and put a small sign restricting the eating by space. I missed the sign and sat there anyway by mistake. I was asked in the middle of my meal to get up and leave immediately. I feel even pressured to leave the premise. I agree that my mistake was to miss the sign, but the staff completely ignored common decency towards customers. Please come here to get insulted and eat bad subway

Over charge me on my husband and mine sandwich. Both of ares asked for the ham egg and cheese on a flatbread and instead of him I asked if I could do pepperoni instead and she said yes she could do that instead of charging me and she didn't she charged me $4 for the pepperoni and might as well get the ham.

The Subway in the West Branch Shell gas station is absolutely ? the best Subway I've ever eaten. I used to manage a Subway spec state for 2 years. The people are the nicest evergreen when sorry handed abs super busy. It might take a little longer than normal, but it's because the food so fresh and the bread is so soft. And they take a lot of care in making your order. They know me so well after 10years that they don't even have to ask what condiments or vegetables I want. They already know. And, there is a reason they call the people who work at Subway Artisan sandwich makers. Because that's exactly what you get from the west branch subway at Shell gas station. So if you want an amazing sandwich go to this Subway it is worth the drive and the wait. I promise you. Sara the manager of the gas station is the best all around

Rudest person ever! Walked up to to the counter with my family. The girl working didn’t say hello or even look at us. She just kept making bread. I finally said “excuse me, is there anyone else working because we have been standing here for over 5 minutes with no communication from you. She slammed her hand down and said “I have to make the bread. And you haven’t been standing here for over 5 min”. I said a “hello, i will be with you in a moment” would have been nice. She rolled her eyes and stared slamming things around. She made us stand there for several more minutes and still did not acknowledge us. Terrible place. Do not recommend!!!

Road trip. Bonus when you can get dinner and gas in one stop. Subway was fresh. Bread was soft. Veggies were fresh. Nice to have leftovers as we agreed even better next day!

My husband and I go to this Subway frequently. It is located inside Walmart in West Branch. Today when I approached the counter the woman - Carolyn - did not look at me but blurted out "we don't have any herb and cheese bread" I said that was ok. Then she said "what do you want?" It took me a moment to respond because I was quite taken aback by her "greeting". I continued with my order and when it got to cheese, I asked for the Monterey cheddar. The container was almost empty and she put very little on my sub. I then asked if she could add a little bit more cheese and she said "I will have to charge you." At this point I was pretty irritated and I said "That's fine I guess, but there's almost no cheese on it, that's why I asked." She replied stating that is all that she is allowed to put on. However, in the dozens of times that I have frequented this Subway and other Subways in the past, they definitely put more cheese on their subs than a pinch. So I paid an extra 75 cents for still less cheese than I typically get. The entire interaction was really uncomfortable and I almost asked what her name was because she was not wearing a name tag and then after I sat down to eat, I realized it was stuck to her visor. So I did go back up so that I could read what her name was. I watched two other interactions take place. One gentleman walked in and was greeted very similarly to how I was. He asked for a foot long meatball sub. She said I don't have enough meatballs for a foot long sub. It was 12 p.m. and she didn't have enough meatballs for a sub? The lunch rush had not even begun yet. He ordered something else. As I was finishing up my lunch another gentleman walked in and she was standing by the cash register when he walked in, she walked to the end where the customer was waiting to order, never looked at him and walked into the back. He stood there for about 2 minutes before she returned to take his order in the same fashion in which she took mine and the customer after me. I understand food service can be trying, I've worked in food service as well, but treating customers this way is unacceptable and I hope that this employee can be given some training on customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. Carolyn - you should probably find another job, maybe one that doesn't entail interacting with the public.

They were closed, even though right now it says they are open online. They don't update anything for those traveling.

So very slow!!! My husband waited 20 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of him. 3 workers and 2 of them ignored him.

Karen was so rude to us. We were waiting for 20 minutes while she was making online orders. We walk up and she says “can I help you”. Like yeah we need you to make the food. I ordered a salad and she didn’t even put lettuce on it and I had to ask. What is a salad without lettuce. I will never be back.

David Smith

Online order couldn't be filled and wouldn't refund my purchase. Absolutely ridiculous
