“First time visit. Recommended by a friend. Glad we went. Started with a generous pour of my cocktail and a very professional and knowledgeable waitress. My wife's steak was cooked exactly like she wanted it and I enjoyed my whitefish entree. No dessert but a fun evening!“

“Our adventure began with high spirits and an insatiable thirst, not just for the amber nectar but also for a culinary delight. New Holland, a beacon of craft in the brewing world, was our chosen special destination. As we crossed the threshold into The Holland Brewpub, we were greeted not by mere beers, but by a cornucopia of brews so elusive, not even the most dedicated of store shelves could cradle them. The cocktail lineup was no mere list. It was a saga, each one a hero's journey in a glass, championed by New Holland's own distilled spirits. Bourbon and gin took center stage, turning each sip into a crescendo of flavor. But let's not skirt around the main event... the feast! The elote corn dip was not just a dish... it was a challenge. We dove in, not with the grace of gourmands but with the fervor of the Teletubbies' vacuum, inhaling the culinary concoction as though it were the air we breathed. And the prosciutto pizza! It didn't just arrive... It made an entrance, harmonizing with Dragon's Milk in what can only be described as a ballet of flavors. Each bite, a pirouette; each gulp, an ovation.Enter stage left, our waitress Madison, not merely a server but the conductor of our gastronomic symphony. With a smile that could light the darkest brewery and a joy that infused each interaction, she elevated our experience from mere dining to a jubilant celebration of food, drink, and human connection. In this tale of hops and dreams, New Holland didn't just serve us; they regaled us with a saga to be recounted with a smile, a clink of glasses, and a heartfelt toast to Madison, our cheerful guide through this epic food and alcohol-driven odyssey.“

“All our food was great! Chef came out to chat with most of the customers and so did the manager! Prices are a little high but everything is expensive these days. We will be back for the bourbon? events the manager mentioned! And happy hour to hang with Ryan the bartender.“
