Every time I order food here there is never anyone in the line and still mange to get cold soggy food. It should be fresh if I'm the only one in line ?

Are you serious? I asked for extra bacon on my sugar bacon BLT sandwich because the pictures are not how the sandwich ever comes; they hardly ever put any on there. The guy said it would be an up charge of 75 cents so I said ok I’m order to get a decent amount of bacon on there. Guys, this is what they gave me. This is not even a regular amount let alone extra as I paid for. $23 for this sandwich a coke, hamachi shake and jalepeno bites. I’m done. I’ll just go to a restaurant.

Since when does the jalapeno poppers burn your lips and mouth. Did something change because I've always been able to eat these with no problem but now the burn so bad I can't even eat them.

I went to Arby's on Wayne Road for dinner. The store was clean. I was greeted when I walked in. I attempted to order via the mobile app before I came in, but wasn't able to complete the process. The cashier (a younger man, I forgot his name) kindly walked me through the process and I was able to complete my order. He was very knowledgeable about the app, the food and specials. He was courteous and had a smile. I ordered the double roast beef and cheddar meal with curly fries, mozzarella sticks and lemonade. My order was ready within a few minutes. The food was hot and delicious! I had a pleasant visit at Arby's on Wayne Road in Westland Michigan and I will visit this location again.Parking: This location has plenty of parking spaces to include wheelchair accessible spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
People there are fine but I just got the worst sandwich of my life from any arbys anywhere from this location.
