Came here to get a kids mac n cheese. THAT'S IT!!!!!! My daughter was impatient and the girl Lizzy seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder for checking on the order. How hard is it to make a kids mac n cheese?!? The food was cold and we only drove 4 minutes to get home. It took 36 minutes for this order!!!! Seriously need to do better and have better sense of urgency

Placed a carry out, an extremely overpriced $40 for 20 boneless wings but that wasn't the issue. The issue was I tried to request the wings "wet" (as everyone knows if you don't pay extra for more sauce they'll come out half sauced) only to be told they don't put additional sauce on the wings at this location as it ruins the carry out box and my only option was to purchase more sauce on the side. I called 2 other locations to verify that refusing to put sauce on wings isn't a company wide issue and they had no issue selling customers wings "wet". For a company that sells very mid chicken at a crazy markup because of how aggressively they market their sauce, refusing to put extra sauce on the wings is just insane. Do better. I've been coming here 20 years. Guess Wingstop or Happy's it is.Edit: food arrives, no ranch. Hardly any sauce on the wings. This was a complete waste of money. I will never be back and I look forward to the day this location inevitably closes for good. Save your money, go literally anywhere else.

The food from BWW in any location has never disappointed me ever. The food was great, so coming to the drinks I have tried passion fruit nojito this time and it was soooooo good. Staff were very friendly.

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. Despite attempting to place an order at 10:45 PM, just 15 minutes before the restaurant's closing time at 11:00 PM, I was refused service. It's disheartening that the restaurant couldn't accommodate a late-night order so close to closing time, and I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of the closing policies
