I enjoy the food here but the service is not up to par. This is the second time I've ordered from the Westland store and they have not been opened. the sign say 11:00 and no one is there. placed my order online so I guess they are just going to take my money with out giving me my food. won't be back.

I WAS a loyal customer of this brand Captain Nemos because ive been eating it since childhood and it kept consistant quality over the years. However, the Westland location has a manager, Nickolas, who is rude and discriminatory. I used to be a loyal customer but this particular Captain Nemos has absolutely NO pride in their work. My steak sub was messed up, and barely had meat. They didn't want to accommodate me AT ALL and even accused me of trying to just scam them. I had been a loyal customer (of that location) for 2 years without even one complaint before. I was soo offended and just completely done with Captain Nemos altogether. I recommend NOT using the westland location as they are rude, discriminatory, and tarnishing the legacy of Captain Nemo's!!!

I ordered my sub online their website sucks. Got there the sub is incorrect there was liquid cheese all over it not what I ordered none of my toppings were on the sub they're in containers outside the sub and lastly didn't even put lettuce on the sub. Went in told him that it was wrong he says well I'm a small business owner I can't afford to buy that sub for you you're going to have to get charged twice for the sub because I can't afford it. I will never go there again I will never ever let anybody that I know go there and I will make damn sure to post this! Warning warning warning do not do not do not go to the sub shop go to the real Captain Nemo's in Romulus!!! And now that I look, they damn near didn't even give me any meat so this is $20 worth of a sub??

This place is a total joke. We called tonight to have a order replaced that was screwed up for the 3rd time.Ordered a traditional sub minus tomato and light onion.Went to pick it up and the guy said " I put the lettuce on the side because I was not for sure if you wanted lettuce. REALLY!!!!! The staff apparently does not pay attention. So I got home and the sub is an absolute joke. Asked for it hot, well it was not, they put the seasoning on the side in a little containerI didn't ask for it with no seasoning. Tried to call back to tell the manager the issue and they will not answer the phone. I kept calling probably about 20 times and then again now the phone is off the hook because it is a busy signal. They absolutely do not know anything about customer serviceNeedless to say they just lost a customer. We will never go back there.
