Ordered from both sides for a fair review.Service: the two teens behind the counter both had their back to the lobby when I came in and I had to get their attention.Food: the worst Chicken Shack AND the worst Little Caesars. The pretzel pizza was fundamentally gross, but that's on me for ordering it. But the crazy bread was so pale, soft, and flavorless, that it would have amazed me to know it had ever even seen an oven. Microwave, more like. Threw out both after two bites of each and a thorough investigation to confirm the rest of my experience would be the same. The Chicken Shack food was better but far from great. Ordered shack potatoes, got cool rigid fries (keeping in mind, I arrived early to make sure I picked everything up hot), and the chicken was similarly cool, although definitely the highlight of the experience but I attribute that more to Chicken Shack's recipe than really anything done in this kitchen.Won't be going back. If you can't hack it as both, maybe just try as one? The gimmick of having both share the same drive thru isn't worth it if this is the resulting quality.

Regrettably, the quality of the fare failed to meet expectations; the chicken wings were undercooked, lacking the desired crispiness expected of such a dish, and exhibited a flavor akin to microwave reheating. Additionally, the fries were disappointingly rigid and possessed a hint of freezer burn. Given the greasiness and lack of nutritional value associated with this fare, coupled with the subpar dining encounter, revisiting Chicken Shack does not warrant consideration, and I cannot in good conscience advocate for others to patronize this establishment.

Haven't been here in a while,, Looked at ,, at least 5 Restaurants rite around me & same o'l same o'l,, I chosen Chicken Shack ,, on my way home my food was smelling awfully Good,,,Home ,, opened my food was So Delicious I couldn't stop eating. Yep this is now my go to place when I want Great tasty Hearty Food ? .I will call in order before I go ,, It will be there & ready for me, Thank's? Chicken Shack

Stopped in this afternoon at about 2:20 pm.Ordered fish sandwich combo and a pan pan lunch special ( extra sauce and ad mushroom ).Definitely an ownership change. But maybe for the better. The pizza was fresh and hot and well sauced and toppings.The fish sandwich was piping hot and onion rings were spot on. Counter girl was very polite !Maybe your not a fan of the ownership change. But honestly. I wasn't either as I immediately knew it. But we are there for food, and it was good.Only reason the 4 for atmosphere. Is there are allot of coat racks blocking the bathroom entrances and empty chairs stacked up along the walls.I would go back !

First of all, I’ve lived in Michigan all my life, but I’ve never been to a Chicken Shack somehow. I decided out of the blue to swing through the drive through yesterday because I was passing by and I didn’t want McDonald’s, which was next to it. I was just going to get some potatoes, but saw that they had English cod on the menu, so I got a 3 piece with the potatoes & a roll (called a “snack”, but it’s definitely a meal). The young woman taking orders was super nice & there was a big order ahead of mine, so she had me wait at the first window & gave me my food there so I didn’t have to wait, which was awesome. I decided not to wait & pulled over into the parking lot to eat some while it was hot - or IF it was hot, because my experience with fast food is that it usually isn’t. But OMG, I have no idea how the reviews aren’t a solid 5 stars. First off, it was super hot and fresh, I burned the roof of my mouth because I couldn’t wait for it to cook down & scarfed the fish immediately. I didn’t have high expectations for fried cod from a drive through, but it was really good! The pieces were on the small side, but they gave me 4 instead of 3…never had it before so I don’t know if the size varies. But I appreciated the bonus fish finger! The potatoes were so freaking good that I literally said out loud in my car, “This is so freaking good” ? The roll was warm & I dipped it in the leftover melted butter from the potatoes. I normally could take or leave a roll, but I thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. I was nice and saved some potatoes for my husband, there was a generous portion…but I started eating them again when he did, so he didn’t get them all. So, overall a 10/10 food & service experience, will absolutely be back, just wish there was one in Canton! I may try other menu options but idk, the fish and potatoes were so good, not sure I can move on - may need to get 2 meals.
