Very disappointed with my experience here. I typically only leave reviews for quality and professional service, but have to make an exception for this business. We were not greeted by the two employees working (they were too busy looking at their phones) and looked around the entire store, even walking past the desk multiple times with no acknowledgment. The other person with me had to say hello as we were walking to look at supplements for them to even acknowledge that someone was in the store. They responded politely but very short, and went back to their phones/didn’t ask if we needed any help. We decided to just leave. When calling to give feedback, we were surprised to be told from a different employee that the two working that afternoon were the manager and owner. After speaking to the owner he claims it was not him. He was very defensive, stating maybe we didn’t “hear them greet us” (even though we were looking up as we walked in), asked if we had a video of the interaction (why in the world would we have that?) and that customer service is their specialty. We were not looking for anything but to express the bad experience instead of just never returning or leaving a bad review without being fair and saying something first. I do appreciate the owner saying he at least would review the tapes of the interaction and “all he could do for us was apologize”, but he still seemed very adamant that we were not telling the truth even when the person who was in the store reiterated the story. Things were blown totally out of proportion from attempting to give feedback about treating all customers equally. I’ve been in here before with no issues which is why I continued to return, but the attitude of the owner has put me off from wanting to come here again. I don’t know why this wasn’t a simple “sorry that happened, I’ll review the footage” but instead turned into an interrogation of my experience, denial and excuses before an eventual apology. I hope that when the owner reviews the interaction he’ll see we were telling the truth, but he’ll probably just deny it or make excuses for why it happened again.

This is my to-go place when it comes to all things supplements. The staff knows you (and most people who stop by a lot) by name. They have a crazy variety of items that are hard to find elsewhere. I usually grab a case of energy drinks for the week and that actually gives you a small discount. Absolutely recommend if you are in the area and thirsty - they make their own specialty drinks and their coolers are always stocked up with the variety of drinks.
