The food was AMAZING,or at least the ones I tried. There is this one server that I hope I can see her again,she is so beautiful and has such a positive energy,I gave the food 4 stars because some were amazing and some were either dry or salty it's truly a hit or miss with them. I will forever hate the to go system they have,the amount the food weighs the amount you have to pay....I believe if you already paid for your food that you shouldn't have to pay to take the food you paid for. I also wish they would fix the ice cream machine,I wanted vanilla, but it wasn't coming out, nor was the chocolate. The meat that you see on the plate was dry but the bun was PERFECT.

Got there for Saturday Brunch at noon. Brunch isn't over until 2:00 PM. The only breakfast food left were hash browns and old, dry pancakes.The made to order omelet station didn't work and they were tearing it down even though they had 3 other burners in boxes behind the counter. The woman tearing the station down said the manager told her to do it.The brisket was so dry and tough it was inedible. And service at the carving stations was horrible.Overall it was a very disappointing day.Update 2024: The line today was out the door. The food was on point. Service is much better with the new staff.

Went here today haven't been in years. Took my children and it was absolutely filthy and ran down. Napkin dispensers on tables filthy, tables, doors of the building, dishes, chairs, drink station, even the carpet. Food was a 5 out of 10. They need new management and the food, heath, and safety folks to do a walk thru....

Hello All, actually, I use to visit GC w/my late Aunt, this was one of her favorite spots to eat, eating there again, brought back some very fond memories I shared w/Auntie.The food was great, all in all, I had a wonderful time.

I will never come here again. Our server was great but every single time we come here, I am never served at the hot food station. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time nd even the second, but this was the 4th time its happened. We were there tonight and the 2 guys back there saw me standing there waiting for steak but refused to help me. They helped everyone else except me. I'm guessing because I'm muslim and wear hijab. The employee who kept looking at me and walking away wears a huge cross on his neck and he is always one of the ones who refuses to serve me. I'll let my family and friends know that this place isn't friendly to Muslims.

The staff was exceptional, scoring 10/10. However, the lady who was preparing the steak/on the grill was ignoring customers and was very disrespectful. She failed to listen to the customer, resulting in overcooked steak. On a positive note, our waitress was amazing; she was a sweetheart, as was the host. Now, onto the food. It was quite disappointing. The only thing that was good was the bread; everything else was either bland, oily, watered down, or just outright nasty. Personally, I believe the flies were consuming more than I did; there were flies in my face the entire time. Lastly, the lack of plates and soup bowls made it difficult to enjoy the meal. This has been my worst dining experience. I am deeply disappointed in the food quality and the restaurant's hygiene. Thank you for having me, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The food was OK. Every time I went to grab a new plate, they were wet and had food on them and they weren't conveniently placed. Our table was dirty. The staff was meh. The food was kind of scattered. Like the shrimp was very far from the cocktail sauce. Food labels were missing or wrong. Utensils were missing from certain foods. The ham was just sitting there not being cut so you couldn't even get any. The desserts were pretty good.

Came in on a holiday Better service is needed during the holidays. It wasn't very clean in some areas staff did best they could. Overall if I would've come in a different day things would've been better
