Pizza is great. Employees are super friendly. Food is always ready on time. Best Jet's I ever had. This Jets is far better then the one in Garden City. Each time I had the pizza delivered from the Westland Jets, the driver was prompt and food was still warm. Excellent food and service.

Nothing but issues at this location. Wouldn't even let me use a coupon that they sent me FROM this location. Said they weren't a participating location for it, even though it had their address on the coupon.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Not worth the risk.They got my pizza wrong two times a while back, so I stop eating here. Today, with the hopes that my horrible experience was a one-off, I ordered a thin crust supreme... To my surprise, it was not a one-off...He got my order wrong again. My instinct was just to get my money back, but he graciously insisted he correct it. Finally I got my order. When I took a bite, there was paper under the cheese! ??

We got 4 square pizza for Xmas get together 11 people.all waived - delicious.service..was so nice !!! At this location..
Ordered from home,they said 30 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later still waited 30 minutes after I got there, and was ignord when asked wheres my pizza.

I just witnessed the most nasty and unsanitary thing when me and my girlfriend came to pick up are pizza the manager is just walking around putting his hands with gloves on in and out of his pocket then touching food and utensils I will never come back to this jets and I don’t recommend any else to unless you want to become sick.?
