I've been coming to Jimmy John's for year back when they would add brussel sprouts (they need to bring them back). The Veggie I'd say is my all time favorite eventhough I'm not a vegetarian but enjoy the freshness.Vegetarian options: The Veggie has always been my favorite here.

Gave me an incomplete order and then didn't answer the phone when I tried to call about it.Guy behind the counter tried to spin a ridiculous excuse for not answering saying he thought I was another customer who was mad about something and had been calling repeatedly.Which is believable if you lack critical thinking skills.Must be nice to get to go to work and be unprofessional and unaccountable and still collect a paycheck.

Bad service, food turns out ok, only 2 good employees, I only order from here like once a month because they can’t get the order correct, I usually go elsewhere unless I really want a sub, don’t be a regular customer here, also management has a rude tone and attitude when talking to customers on the phone for a complaint even if you’re nice to them

I have been to this location several times as I do the landscaping for the building and I have ALWAYS had a great experience there. The staff is always very kind, the food is always fast and Stephanie who I deal with the most, she is very hard working and is always on top of getting stuff done! This is truly the only Jimmy John's I'll order from because I know what I'll get, consistency and quality.

We order sandwiches and chips for delivery and it took 2 hours to receive them. When we called to check on our order the told us they were short staffed and hung up. Terrible customer service, we will never use this location again.
