Their 2 star is so deserved and should be a 1 star. I ordered dark meat and they completely disregarded it and gave me white meat. On top of that they half filled the mash potatoes and Mac. They always do this but this time it really irritated me because why is this a reoccurring thing. There seems to be no good employees at this location except the one larger African American guy that works there. He’s literally the only kind person I’ve encountered at the restaurant. I really wish they would get their stuff together and do better because their level of unprofessionalism is literally beyond me! I literally drive past this location to go to to another location but since I ordered online they delivered from this location. Extremely disappointed and will continue to complain until they make proper changes or simply close down.

Alright I understand that my online order went through on accident but why are there multiple other cars here with the same problem. Why is the process of getting a refund so difficult. I called the store and when they said they had no more chicken I let the person on the phone know my order didn't have any chicken and then they suddenly don't have anything in the stock at all. While I'm on the phone with customer service and I see one of the workers come out with three or four bags of kfc and a drink....I'm completely baffled with the service and general attitude that I received. I understand mistakes and that things happen but this wasn't that. Closing early, rude to customers, stealing food. I'm just baffled. From the looks of it this happens often. Obviously will not be coming again.

The 20$ taste the kfc is like a slap in the face the sides are like two bites each and can’t even share with anyone nothing is fresh better to go to Taco Bell where at least you get good proportions sizes waste of
