Terrible food never cooked right the portion are super small wit high prices food always cold like it’s premade sitting in a warmer they charge 4 dollars for a side of hash brown but the portion is so little it’s crazy

I called in a chicken pita plain with chill fries with slice cheese. They got the order wrong and when I took it back the lady said I read the order back to you and I said it was wrong. So they offer to remake it and still got it wrong. The cashier was rubbing her nose and didn't wash her hands(how gross). They put my chill fries in the bag size ways. They need better customer service.

I have been coming to Westland Leo's for over 14 years now and at one point it was almost every other day because the food is fantastic. The owner use to visit in the mornings, very nice person, but I have encountered twice out of 14 years a bad cashier and today was one. 03/20/24 time 10:25 AM, Cashier A. I love smiling and saying hello but this CASHIER wasn't having it. Can I help U? Yes as I reached for a BROWNIE and decided if I wanted 1 or 2 and trying to hurry, a fella walks in and she say I can help you and proceeded to ring him up and then she just left and I had to wait until she came back to me 2 minutes later with a nasty tone in her voice. She was about "5,6" , skinny, gray haired older lady.Parking: Great up close handicap parking.

Chocolate chip pancakes ? looked great. I ordered the usua lham and cheese omelet, it was good.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, salads, and requests also.Parking: Plenty!
Food is good, Atmosphere is okay. My only criticism is the service. Used to come in at 7:30AM after the gym to get the day started. Servers are very pushy and try to rush you out before you even take a bite of your food. Its not even packed in those early hours for you to be so pushy. Just go to the one in Plymouth if you want an overall better experience.

My son asked for another glass of water but never received it. I ordered avocado toast, and the spread was ice cold like it just came out a freezer. I don't know if this is standard here, but this was a first.I personally would've enjoyed it more if it came out at room temperature to compliment the toast. We've loved Leo's for years, good food overall ?

I just picked up a carryout a Philly Cheese steak sandwich--first time I tried it here, I'd rate it 10 stars if possible - it couldn't have been better. Cudos to whoever fixed it, I will be back for another ASAP. They were crowded to full capacity and I still got in and out in 5-7 minutes to pick up my order. I'
