This place is a mess…order online to do a portal pick up. They said my order was ready for pick up at 7:24 i get there at 8 and it’s no where to be found, no one at the counter with a lobby full of people, after 15 minutes of waiting with no help finally someone comes up, helps someone that came in after me…they leave and i stand there waiting to heller for another 15 or so minutes. This is ridiculous…almost an hour later and still no food and no help if i could i give this place negative stars.

Left out sauce for my crazy combo. Everything is cold and undercooked. Sucks even more that I thought I ordered from the other cherry hill location and had to travel an extra 10 minutes to get the food already. Noticed that I hadn’t gotten the sauce halfway home so I stopped at the one I thought I had ordered from originally. Both times I visited the other location they were so polite and helpful. They didn’t even charge me for the replacement sauce.

The simplest requests are denied. I asked if I could pay for an 8-piece deep dish but only have 4 pieces prepared so I wouldn't have to throw away half a pizza, the guy refused and insisted this was not possible. There were literally a stack of 4 piece boxes sitting in the background and several pizzas being sold for $1 since they sat too long. Why waste so much and insist on more being wasted?
