This place is absolutely legit! You want food with Mexican flavor and some flare? Look no further! Your taste buds will be watering over the grilled flavors. What started out as a fluke for date night has turned into our family's spot for great food and service. The prices are definitely reasonable and nothing on the menu we've tried has been a disappointment. It's all been fantastic, along with the wait staff and hostess. They have many different choices for children too. This includes the good old chicken fingers and fries so mom and dad can eat without issues.lol Remember to save room for dessert! Deep Fried Cheesecake with strawberry sauce is our favorite. We share between the 4 of us. Do you and your family a favor. Try "On The Border" tonight. No less then four employees in their pajamas. Drinks were watered-down. Taco salad contained meat, letuce and jalapeños. No tomatoes, I asked for sour cream and guacamole. Then I got about a tablespoon of each. I do have to say that the salsa was very good. But the chips contained a pile that I could have gotten my fist around that we're all stuck together.

RIP OTB..... It used to be so good, and every time we go we hope its changed back. But sadly we have to make this visit the last. Used to go on a regular, great bar service, great consistent food. I always told people for a chain its so good! Now what you get is filled with rice, or sauce and toppings, and if you even find chicken it tastes old and nasty so be thankful for the sauce LOL. Huge irritant...always only one bartender, who's also expected to serve tables in the bar, and make all drinks for the whole dining room too. . So when we sit and someone else "jumps in to help" with the drink order it really doesn't matter because we still have to wait for the bartender to take orders, input those orders, and make the drinks for her tables and the dining room before she will get to ours anyway. So it's always a basket of chips down with nothing to drink. This is NOT a rip on the bartender it's a reflection on mgmt. Always short staffed (with signs reminding you) yet always multiple emps in a group chatting and never a hostess at the entrance. Bar seating is now part of the waitlist and they've removed 4 high tops and added low booths....so dumb. Peace OTB it was fun. Countdown to closure tick tock.

The food was not hot, the guacamole was so salty we couldn't eat it. There was some white sauce on one meal that was sour. The waitress was probably the worst we have had in a very long time. Not very friendly or attentive. She spilled beans on one of us and just laughed it off. We had to ask for a wet rag to wipe them off. The last beer never came. Noticed the atmosphere was tense like the staff didn't like each other.

Big shout out to on the border in Westland for the two big bags of chips and salsa for my neighborhood block party!!!! I spoke to the manager and she was generous enough to donate some chips and salsa. We really appreciate it so much!!!It’s the little things❤️ Also, I came here for the painting event and that was so much fun. That is such a great idea! I love the food and atmosphere here!! Highly recommend you guys?
the best nachos i've ever had hands down. 11/10 food, our waitress Jamie was very nice, the floor wasn't loud either all and all great place

Samantha was phenomenal! Very professional and knowledgeable, as well as kind. The food was absolutely amazing! I ate all my food at the restaurant. My wife had leftovers. Thank goodness because I just wanted to keep eating the food. I cannot wait to go again. I have to say it again, that food is exceptional and my compliments to the chef. I’m gonna buy 2 entrees next time to prolong the experience of what fine dining is all about.

Fucking nasty! this was my first time here. i got to border bowl with chicken togo and never again will i do that. The chicken tasted like they dont clean the grill, the rice was undercooked, the bean tasted like the came out of a can and so did the corn. I couldn't even finish it.
