Wish I could give zero for both food & service. Antonio the waiter & the blonde manager lady were horrible. The last few times dining here, I’ve had issues. But I had great waitresses/waiters those times who rectified the issue immediately (made sure my medium/pink burger was refired since they made it well done in error). And I didn’t have to wait 20 min for it. And it wasn’t even busy. I didn’t get not one refill of fries nor my coke. My daughter waited forever for her Mac n cheese refill. I just asked for a refill of coke plus a refill to go along with boxes because at this point I’m ready to go. He brings a to go cup for less than 1/2 of the coke I had left. I had to correct him & told him I asked for a refill here plus a refill to go of my coke. He brings a Diet Coke instead of a Coke to go refill many minutes later. At this point I’m fed up. Flag down the lady who I thought was the manager. She said yes she was the manager but didn’t act like one. I told her about my burger being well done & waiting over 20 min for the medium burger, then getting no refills offered or brought to me of my drink or fries. All she said was “ you want a refill”. And just told him to get it apparently since he eventually brought the to go refill only if coke. No apology or offer of anything. Meanwhile he offered & brought 4 refills of Diet Coke to the Caucasian lady behind me & tended to his new table of 6 people. Maybe he thought he wouldn’t get a good tip anyhow; not sure why he didn’t pay my daughter & I any attention. But I used to wait tables many years ago, am more understanding than most, and tip over 20% all the time. I’ll have to try the Livonia location IF I feel like going to a Red Robin’s again but will likely just go somewhere else nearby since it doesn’t make sense to go to a further location when this one is practically next door. The manager needs training & Antonio needs to shadow the blonde girls there who do a great job serving & making sure thee customers get the right temp burger in a timely manner, refills offered, etc. Also, the kitchen needs to pay better attention to the temps of the burgers. If I order pink it should not be well done & dry. Do better by your customers before you have none & get shut down like the Dearborn location.

Definitely a great place to get some bottomless garlic fries the sandwiches were mediocre this time around. I kind of put it off on it being close to closing time the tropical lemonade was perfect and the house salad was super crisp worth every bite enjoy your dine in experience.

Overall Score: 3 out of 5 starsThe food was average.I had gotten a Scorpion Burger with the bottomless side salad. The salad was okay, just what you would expect from a side salad. The Burger was kinda bland. There was not really any flavor present, other than the hint of jalapeño here or there. Ver mild in taste.My friend had gotten the whiskey burger with a salad. He said that the burger was good, and the ceaser salad was good ( would prefer shaved cheese over shredded)The service was above average.A bit slow on the refills and with checking in. But the waiter was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu.The atmosphere was decent.There is definitely a sports vibe. A little beaten up, very slow. The lobby was clean, but the bathrooms were a mess.

RUDE Unexperienced, WHY? Would you clean a table and don't dry it off. 2nd you do not or should not bring menus without silverware. When receiving the beverage request, where are the straws? We asked 3 times before receiving them. 4th, appetizers arrived without small plates and no silverware. At this point I'm forced to post this very unpleasant TRUTH. Terrible. I would fire this wait person because she doesn't want this job or there is something underlying?

First time dining in at Red Robin and my experience could not be better! Rameen was a fantastic and attentive server and made sure we had everything we needed! Apps and desserts were pretty delicious on top of that! Will definitely be coming here again ?

I ordered through Uber eats a simple Caesar salad and a bowl of chili. The salad was wilting and had brown and yellow spots and they gave me the house dressing and not the Caesar dressing. Then I open my bowl of chili just to find it’s a bowl of ground beef and beans and it looks like vomit. Don’t eat here save your money and the possibility of being served days old food.
