The food and ambiance is great, but there communication skills needs improvement. Just moved into the area a few months ago, gave them a try, 2 thumbs up. Usually called in the order, and when the employee would give the option to pay with a card, not once was it mentioned there would be a $.99 service charge applied. Since I was stupid enough not to look at the receipt, or even check it out online, I'll take the hit. But, that's pretty bad. I called back to talk to the manager, bad timing on my part, 5:30pm, not cool, I admit, sorry. "We've been changing that for 3 years and there's the sign on the counter." You're not hearing me. Fix the script! Don't get defensive with the customer, the manager finished the conversation with, "Have the day that you deserve," and came across pissed. I probably would be pissed too, but you are supposed to be professional about it. So, if you go there, great food, bring cash.
