Attitudes suck. Yesterday i bought onion rings that tasted like cake. I tell the cashier about the onion rings and she claims they use sweet batter...NEVER AT ANY SONIC I HAVE BEEN TO. THE DISRESPECT IS AWFUL.

Waited in drive-thru for over 15min. When I get my order, it was the wrong order. Manger come to window with attitude and conflict when I was trying to scan the QR code on the window. I was thinking she had a resolution on why it was taking so long for a dog and tots... highly recommend DON'T GO BETWEEN 11am and 2pm. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor leadership.

Went here to order a medium cheese fry with Baja sauce and the girl at the speaker told me I couldn't when I order it from this location all the time. When I asked if she could ask someone she paused then said I couldnt because theres no button for it when all she had to do was charge for a sauce and let the kitchen know. Definitely not coming back.

Everytime I go here they magically can't find my order or say they dont have my name, the stall number or my receipt number. Then after 3x of telling them yes you have my order, they magically find it. Today I watched them hand my drink to the next car over, then ask for it back a few min later and never came to me for my order. I had to go to the window for service and got told I never ordered, then magically found my order and handed me the same drink they took back from the other person.And surprise suprise the receipt they give me has my name, stall number and the order number....Shocker...Took 30 min for 1 single slush.... a rock has a higher iq than these employees.

Slowest location yet. On average it's normal to wait 30-40 min just to make it to the speaker and order food.
I have been to this location multiple times. And every time I get a peanut butter cup sonic blast and the topping is just sprinkled on the top. I did not order a sunday with peanut butter cup on it. I will start going to Dairy Dan's instead. At least there they mix it up.
