Me and hubby went there the other day, the lady that took our order in drive thru had a nasty attitude, gave us the wrong order and then when we went to return it they had several excuse why OUR food was mad wrong! The burrito we keep tasted days old like it was reheated or something. Wont go back to this one.

Avoid this location at all costs. Employees literally do not care, even being polite makes no difference. Wont greet you at the driveway. Waited 3 mins not trying to be rude before speaking up. Order 3 tacos, all the same way. Of course they have me pull around and wait even though, including me, there's 3 customers. 15 mins later the food arrives and of course it's incorrect. Another 5 mins going inside and having it remade. Total nightmare. Ill gladly drive out of my way to avoid coming here again

This is because if Britney Edward’s and Paris assisting me making my order correctly after I was rudely cut off multiple times by the other Britney. So I had a lunch break and spent most of it upset and annoyed about my order being incorrect by the time I got back to my job. I thought if only the woman at the window did not cut me off multiple times she would have gotten my order correct. I did call and made a complaint that manager at the time named Britney understood she was rude by cutting me off and gave me a credit with an apology. I came back to redeem my credit today and the other Britney Edwards on duty and the young lady by the name of Paris, helped rectify my situation made service great and pleasant for me to want to come back again. They have a wonderful sense of humor, great attitude, and they work swiftly . Thanks To them, I Will come back and is the reason I left my star rating.

Dirty store mild sauce on the hiring table was dirty no sauce in the sauce trays they charged me for a freeze drink and they Gave me a regular drink and no money back but plane was so busy with people complaining about there order i was done with this gross store

I get it's taco bell but when I was there they were training someone new which I get, but if you are going to be on your phone texting and not helping the new person with the orders and having it take over 30 minutes for food is absolutely ridiculous. It's close to the same time if I went to a sit down restaurant. I came here for "fastfood" not a sit down experience....

I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and when I got home and attempted to eat them they didn’t even attempt to cut it, there was barely any sauce and cheese and they were hard. All that for 11 dollars is completely ridiculous if your going to charge that much make sure the food is worth it.

But my order was very sloppily made, some items were cold, and I was missing 2 items.The service was friendly and prompt.Whoever was working the drive-through window was very nice.
