THIS PLACE IS ALMOST NEVER OPEN ON TIME! I wasted so much time trying to get breakfast. It says they're open at 7am, but there were plenty of times when I came at 7:10-7:20am, and they were still closed. I see someone working inside, but when I pull up to ordering screen, nobody ever answers.

We were in drive-thru and because we didn't know what we wanted immediately, the guy told us to wait again, then when we ordered he seemed impatient on us not going fast, so when I decided to go fast he gets another attitude and tell us to wait again! I promptly drove off. If you want me to order some food from this restaurant, get some people that has manners and not snobby, stuck up, teenagers.

This is my fourth experience continuously on ford road , the worst quality or service again and again . The chips was test weird like expired used a lot oil fried , chalupa was like fried before a week! They said catchup inside the order , there was not even paper or anything. Handover to somebody else who can maintain great franchise please

The tacos are always good and I rarely get a wrong order. But I don't think they ever change their oil for the cinnamon twists, they smell and taste so acrid and almost burnt, despite never looking that way. They also take forever to change their pop syrups, I'd order mountain dew and it'd taste like vaguely flavored water. Then a few days later go back and it's still the same thing. Feels like management is cutting corners and stretching how long things should be replaced to save a buck.

I never have an issue with food quality here however, I do have issues with their online ordering process. I ordered on the app for in store pick up (was not wanting to wait in line due to time) yet when I arrived all the doors were locked and I was forced to wait in line for my pre ordered and presumably cold order. Also ordered on the app a few months ago and when I arrived the store was closed (this was at like 5pm). Was never able to get refunded for my ordered from the store or the taco bell app..

Completely forgot my new beef fries, which was the ONE item I got I was looking forward to trying, also forgot my 5 layer burrito but gave me a beefy melt instead. But my gf got all of her food, I want my food.
