I had a very bad experience from the team and the manager of this location regarding charge dispute The manager sided with his employees instead of the customer. I have already filed a complaint to the corporate office . I will not visit this site again

This Tim hortons sucks. It’s always staffed by one person they don’t ever have anything you want and they don’t know how to make their items . I ordered an Ice Carmel macchiato and got a cup of milk peep the photo where is the coffee . I’m telling you this gas station Tim’s needs to be shut down.

I’ll start off by saying, I hope this review reaches your corporate office. If I could give this Tim Hortons no stars, I would, because there are clearly some people working that are unfortunately, racist. This is the 5th time I’ve driven 15 minutes to get to this particular location and asked for the beef sausage (since not all locations carry a non-pork option) and the man replies with “we don’t have any” and when I replied with “you guys never have any, I’ve literally driven to this location on 5 different occasions and have always been told you don’t have any”, there was a lady in the background that exclaimed “then don’t come here then”. I also have once visited multiple times in one day because I was craving a sandwich after trying it at the Dearborn location, and they STILL had none - so it’s safe to say that they are just choosing not to make it. I understand that this lady maybe had a rough morning, but the way I was spoken to is absolutely unacceptable and I’m appalled at the level of disservice and disrespect. Very disappointing experience.

There's a female employee working drive thru who has issues. If you're that angry, don't work there. Or don't work In customer service. People are paying for food and coffee not attitude.

Ordered a large iced coffee with light milk and this is what they gave me and then the window attendant argued with me that the reason why my cup was a quarter less than what I ordered is because I ordered light milk and if I wanted it to be a true large that they would just have to add more milk. I come here almost every morning and never has my coffee been a quarter or almost half not what it supposed to be and this was after paying. Im so disappointed— what a way to start the day

Staff is extremely rude!! Very inconsiderate and horrible to any customer. Went through the drive thru and could not understand the employee. I then apologized and ask if she could hear me to order. She responded “oh my god I asked what you wanted.” No one at the window spoke to me, the girls slammed my order down and walked away. Proceeding with dirty looks and vulgar language. Will not be back.

Absolutely atrocious experience. The women running the drive-thru are beyond belligerent, discourteous, and unprofessional. Cursing profusely at one another as if my 5-year-old needed to be exposed to that sort of nonsense, they let loose with a stream of invective (seemingly forgetting the drive-thru mic remained on). I have never heard such vulgar and crass discourse in my life. Even worse, they then use such language towards customers as well! The owner leaves for a single day and the place gets turned upside down! Profoundly dismaying and stupefyingly inconsiderate!

Well, it's been 11 months since I complained about this store cheating me out of money and them saying they would make it good. NO, THEY HAVEN'T AND THEY GHOSTED ME! I wouldn't recommend this store to my enemies! It's only about $20, but it's the principle of the thing! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone, ever! I still want my money back!. TIM HORTONS DESERVED A HUGE BOO!
