The worst $5 iced coffee I've ever had the displeasure of drinking. I didn't think it would be impossible to get a Boston Creme donut at 11am but after three visits, I've learned my lesson. Womp.

I went here yesterday and everything was great, came back today at 12pm thru the drive thru and the girl who took my order was the most rudest person I've ever encountered. I left before finishing my order because of her rudeness. I then called to speak with a manager, she answered the phone. Told me no manager was on staff, she wouldn't give me her name or store number and then hung up right on me. I called corporate. This is unacceptable. I hope the owners actually check these because you're losing alot of business because of your horrible employees.

I never experienced such rude customer service through a drive through. They do not say good morning, good after etc or thank you for visiting their location. Rather, they tell you to "go ahead" in a rude tone when you pull up to the speaker and once you’re done ordering they say "pull forward" as if they are the most miserable people working. At the window there is no hello or upbeat tone in their voice either and of course never ever provide a receipt because they don’t want you to know the cashiers name or leave a review. I work in customer service and personally would be mortified having these types of employees on my team.

Well first as a customer I just thought they were the rudest people I’ve ever met at a Tim Hortons so I decided to get a job there to brighten things up they were still so rude to me as a new employee didn’t want to train me had me working 9 hours with a 15 min break and after a month fired me rudely with no explanation not even from the owner Ray I couldn’t believe it and in top of tht I stood at tht window cold as ever and recieved a lot of tips but told me they only pass out tips once a month but fired me after a month and never gave me my tips the rudest people in there tht all the neg reviews about was a mother daughter team and a lil girl who was the rudest if u ask me I refuse to eat the food cause the lady making it fingers smelled like she didn’t wash her hands after the bathroom break so my experience as a customer and an employee was horrible I’m surprised they still open.

Just to let y’all know, when I went their frozen machine was broken, so I was unable to order any frozen / smoothie drinks (besides an iced capp). I got a peppermint hot chocolate which was good!

I was at the drive-thru and the lady said how can i help you i said Ahh let me get a , and she didn’t even let me finish ? she mocked me and said AHH what !? i was in shock , i did read the reviews and i believe its the same child they got working there. they are probably under staffed thats why they haven’t released her. its just sad and rude honestly.

Probably the rudest service at tim hortons, on a comfort food kinda day. Besides that unlike every other tim hortons apparently they charge you to substitute one cheese for a different type on your sandwich, kinda seems wrong.

the woman at the drive through was very rude/snappy while taking my order. I substituted the cheese on my sandwich for Swiss instead of cheddar and they charged me $1.10 for it. like added it instead of just substituted. I go to other tim hortons often and that is not typical, when I brought it up she said it's what's normal there.

Rude girl working drivethru. I place an order at intercom which she reads back to me, all is correct. Then they only give me my coffee and not my timbits and proceed to tell me they didnt charge me for them and cant add it on because there is a line. How is that my fault or problem?? White girl with glasses had major attitude towards me when she was the one that screwed up. Wont be returning to this location.
