The wait time is terrible in drive through. Twice in the last 3 months I was told they didn't have food. That was at 7AM.I'm starting to go to DD instead. They always have food and the service is so much better.

Workers are very rude and do not follow health codes. I also work in food, I know what I’m talking about. Establishment inside is always dirty! Dead flies everywhere! There are even flies circulating the food showcases (the same food they SERVE people). I’m VERY surprised this place isn’t shut down yet. They seriously need to get someone in there to revamp the entire building including the workers. One worker that I think goes by the name Kaylie was EXTREMELY rude at the window and inside when I had to go in because my order was messed up (no surprise). Everyone is going through something, leave the attitude at home. Funny enough this the only job these workers will ever amount to, if they keep this arrogance up. Also, how is vaping allowed behind the food counter? One really short girl with brown hair had a Breeze in her hand while making someones sandwich….someone seriously needs to call the Inspector on this place or I will.Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly at all. Workers cussing very loud when I went in.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair button at the front door doesn’t even WORK.

All the workers were on break at the same damn time! I came in as two workers were walking out to kiss and smoke, and two behind the counter were talking and drinking tim Hortons products! Not to mention coughing over the open food without covering their mouth. I didn't get acknowledged and they seemed to engrossed with their conversation to care. Needless to say my order never got taken and i left to another BETTER tim Horton's. They need to shut this location down again. FOR GOOD.

The service is HORRIBLE and the STAFF CHRISTIAN and the his sister with the RED HAID are very UNPROFESSIONAL and he DON’T WASH his HANDS. This location have dirty. I would advise you to RECORD all conversations when going through the drive through or when going inside of the building. It also have a very BAD ODOR In there. Contact the Health Department and report those people. There is not always a manager there overseeing the staff and they can do anything they want. They even curse and EAT behind the COUNTERS where the food is being made for the customers. I don’t recommend my a dog to go to this place. It’s HORRIBLE. The boy Christian cursed at me because I asked him kindly to clean my table before I sat down to eat.Kid-friendliness: They are not kind or friendly. All the staff are friends and they don’t have no training or professionalism.

Pulled up at 7:00, online it says they're open until 8:00, sat there for a few minutes until two more cars pulled up behind me, so I pulled up to the window, and the two kids working inside completely ignored me, and continued throwing all of the donuts into the trash by sticking and shoving the metal racks down into the trash can... because I guess dumping the donuts wouldn't have been enough, and they had to make it extra unsanitary.I'd advise everyone to avoid this location.
Went inside last week to get a dozen donuts and there were many large gnats/small flys all over the donuts. Ordered a dozen because I had already started ordering and I was embarrassed to stop at that point. Had 2 insects stuck in a donut when I looked them over....pitched them right in the bin. Store is dirty. Garbage all over the floor of the kitchen. Wouldn't feed my kids out of here again after seeing the inside.

I’ve been to this Tim Horton’s twice and they got my coffee wrong both times. I ordered a large dark roast with cream and I got it with sugar in it with no cream. That’s no good for me since I’m diabetic. I can forgive getting it wrong one time because we all make mistakes, but more than once shows incompetence and that isn’t forgivable.

Ordered me and my wife large triple triple hot coffee. The one my wife had was good. Mine however had the worst bitter taste I ever experienced in my 48 years of coffee drinking. Will never go back to this location. Wayne road and Warren location will take my money not this establishment. 0 stars!! Unless you like bitter coffee go here
